Afortunadamente, reservé este hotel. Las ventajas son evidentes. 1. Hay un personal de servicio en el vestíbulo que habla chino durante el día, lo cual es una buena noticia para las personas mayores y los niños que tienen necesidades distintas. También es raro que todos en la recepción se comuniquen con fluidez y claridad en inglés. 2. Sea amigable con los chinos, haga una reverencia y sonría al entrar y salir del portero hasta la recepción, solicite un taxi y guarde su equipaje. 3 Las personas mayores tienen necesidades de desayuno muy altas, que básicamente pueden satisfacerse. Hay muchas variedades de desayunos coreanos y occidentales, pero es una lástima que el estilo no haya cambiado después de estar casi una semana. 4. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa y hay un dispensador de agua adentro. Sin embargo, nuestra familia está acostumbrada a beber agua embotellada todos los días, por lo que pedimos una botella de agua por separado y nos la entregaron a tiempo todos los días. 5. Ubicación geográfica incomparable, a solo unos pasos de Shinsegae y de la estación KTX Daegu East, y en segundos de Seúl y Busan. 6. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor. Si vas a una familia numerosa, estará delicioso frente al hotel. 7. Hablemos de New World por separado. La comida japonesa y occidental son marcas mundialmente famosas. La máquina en el octavo piso ofrece reembolso de impuestos directos, que es cien veces mejor que las de Lotte Outlets. Hablando en serio, me gusta mucho Daegu durante el trabajo y las vacaciones. La próxima vez iré solo a Busan para quedarme unos días.

I had a fantastic experience at UH FLAT Daegu. The room was stunningly designed, spacious, and very aesthetic. I was particularly impressed with the high-end appliances and modern amenities, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff is meticulous and genuinely cares about their guests. I had a difficult situation where I left an item behind, and because I don't have a local Korean phone number, arranging shipping was nearly impossible for me. The team went above and beyond to help me coordinate the delivery to Seoul, solving a huge problem with such kindness and patience. If you are looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and world-class hospitality in Daegu, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

This hotel has a very strict 3 pm check-in policy, even the room is ready and the guest has been waiting for quite a long time, there's no exception. Actually from 1 pm they allow an early check-in but need to pay for every one hour. I've stayed in a lot of international hotels in the multiple countries, there were two three times I requested early check-in after a long time flight, they happily did for me if the room was ready. This hotel I felt the money I spent and the experience I got didn't match. Location was very close to the exhibition, convenient. Quite expensive during the exhibition time. For the restaurant need to walk for sometime, but worth going. The room was good enough.

이번 숙박에서 가장 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 침대와 서비스 응대였습니다. 호텔 자체를 비난하려는 의도는 없으며, 앞으로 더 좋은 호텔이 되길 바라는 마음에서 개선이 필요한 부분을 남깁니다. 첫 번째는 침대 크기입니다. 객실 자체는 비교적 여유로운 편이었지만, 더블룸의 침대가 일반적으로 기대하는 더블베드보다 상당히 작았습니다. 체감상 슈퍼싱글보다 조금 큰 정도의 크기로 느껴졌고, 성인 두 명이 함께 자기에는 다소 불편했습니다. 객실 공간은 충분해 보였기 때문에 침대 크기를 조금만 더 넓힌다면 숙박 만족도가 크게 향상될 것 같습니다. 두 번째는 프런트와 직원 간의 소통 문제입니다. 침대가 좁아 추가 침구를 이용하려고 비용을 지불할 생각으로 프런트에 문의했는데, 호텔에는 주말 연휴 라서 추가 침구 자체가 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 그런데 객실 TV 문제로 직원이 방문했을 때 다시 한 번 문의하자 매니저님 께서 오셔서 추가 침구는 준비되어 있다고 안내했습니다. 직원마다 안내 내용이 달라 혼란스러웠고, 내부 정보 공유가 제대로 이루어지지 않는다는 인상을 받았습니다. 이런 부분은 고객 신뢰와 직결되는 만큼 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 마지막으로 추가 침구 비용도 다소 부담스럽게 느껴졌습니다. 안내받은 금액은 40,000원이었는데, 물론 호텔마다 정책은 다를 수 있지만 일반적인 기준이나 다른 지역 호텔들과 비교했을 때 상당히 높은 편이라는 인상을 받았습니다. 특히 지방 호텔이라는 점을 고려하면 조금 더 합리적인 가격이라면 고객 입장에서도 부담이 덜할 것 같습니다. 객실 상태나 다른 부분들은 전반적으로 괜찮았지만, 침대 크기와 직원 간의 안내 일관성, 그리고 추가 침구 비용 정책은 충분히 개선될 여지가 있다고 생각합니다. 이런 부분들이 보완된다면 투숙객들의 만족도도 훨씬 높아질 것 같습니다.
