Me alojé en este hotel por un viaje de negocios. Las instalaciones eran regulares, no lo que uno esperaría de un hotel de esta categoría. No había enchufes USB y en el escritorio no había tomas de corriente en la parte inferior para trabajar. Sin embargo, el personal hablaba bien inglés y el hotel está bastante cerca del aeropuerto. Hay un acceso directo al centro comercial, lo cual es conveniente, aunque el centro comercial en sí era normal, con una mezcla de tiendas y un ambiente más parecido a un mercado, no muy lujoso ni agradable para pasear.

I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age. Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.

Este hotel está alejado de las multitudes. La ubicación es conveniente. Tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. La habitación es bastante espaciosa y tiene muchísimos canales de televisión. La piscina está en la primera planta, junto al desayunador. El desayuno es delicioso. Nunca se oye el ruido de las motos a toda velocidad. Hay servicio de transporte gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto. La desventaja es que está lejos de Indomaret/Alfamart y de las opciones de ocio nocturno, salvo por los puestos de comida online.

El hotel que elegí para mi tránsito en Yakarta está justo al lado del aeropuerto. Hay un servicio de traslado gratuito. El servicio es muy bueno y es conveniente ir al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son completamente adecuadas para un hotel de tránsito. La ubicación está un poco alejada y no hay mucho que visitar cerca. En general, ¡buena reseña!

The only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue de solo un día. El hotel y su ubicación es muy conve. Me hospede ahí porque quería estsr cerca del aeropuerto para agarrar un vuelo al día siguiente. La zona llena de lugares para comer ya sea locales como internacionales. El desayuno es espectacular muy completo, buffet.

Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review , firstly the room was a bit outdated , no soap in the bathroom had to use the body wash from the shower , had an electric stove top but no utensils , no cutlery , did not even have a spoon to stir the coffee , completely bare kitchen area so don’t know why the cooktop is there for . The aircon was really weak the remote didn’t work well so couldn’t change the temp and in the middle of the night we felt water dripping from the unit in the bedroom as it was over the bed , so we had to turn it off and had a really uncomfortable sleep, no bread available for breakfast which was a bit disappointing as I don’t eat heavy things like curry chicken and rice for breakfast . Staff were good but looking sometimes it is not enough .

Parece que mi orden ha sido ignorado, así que terminé cancelando y ordenando por Grab en vez. Sin embargo, es un buen alojamiento y un buen valor para el dinero en general.

nice hotel, very near to jakarta airport but a bit far from malls & restaurants. hotel should provide weighing scale at the lobby like most hotels in jakarta for hotel guests to weigh baggages before flying out. there was only one staff at the reception with so many hotel guests checking in and out, not so smart.
