We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

La habitación no es grande, pero sí muy cómoda, ¡y el desayuno es delicioso! ¡La vista al mar desde el balcón del restaurante también es hermosa! ¡El cuadro en la sala del frente es hermoso! Es muy conveniente ir de compras cerca, a la vuelta de la esquina.

La habitación es limpia, muy cerca del bello centro de la ciudad. El personal estaba muy bienvenido, cerca del supermercado, restaurantes, farmacia. Los restaurantes en la zona son bastante decentes, se puede llegar a la playa en 10 minutos a pie. El desayuno es un poco caro(＞20 EUR).

El hotel está justo enfrente del aeropuerto y es muy cómodo ir al centro de la ciudad en tren en unos cinco minutos. Es muy conveniente para una estancia corta, las instalaciones están bien, pero la habitación no está lo suficientemente limpia.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación de tren de Saint Augustin. A poca distancia a pie. Realmente disfruté del espacio de trabajo compartido/relajación en el octavo piso y de los refrigerios de cortesía. Las habitaciones son limpias y modernas.

Viajábamos de Menton a Marsella y teníamos escala de una noche en Niza. Reservamos este hotel, que estaba relativamente cerca de la estación de tren. Nos gustó que tuviera cocina para poder cocinar nuestras propias comidas, y que hubiera un gran Carrefour al otro lado de la calle. La ubicación era excelente, en una zona residencial, frente a un gran centro comercial con un gran supermercado Carrefour. Había mucha gente, pero había largas colas en la caja. Reservamos la habitación más básica, que nos salió bastante cara por ser una reserva de última hora. Aunque no estaba junto al mar, una habitación de 19 metros cuadrados costaba casi mil yuanes por noche. La habitación era pequeña y, aunque tenía menaje de cocina, la placa de inducción no funcionaba bien. Simplemente cocinamos una comida sencilla y nos las arreglamos.

Una estancia estupenda de 4 noches en el Mercure Centre Notre Dame de Niza a finales de septiembre de 2024. El check-in fue un poco confuso, ya que reservamos y pagamos una habitación doble Privilege y nos asignaron una habitación doble estándar. Volví inmediatamente a recepción y se realizó el cambio. La habitación estaba bien equipada y los equipos de limpieza fueron muy eficientes. La comida del desayuno era normal, ya que tuvimos que pedir que nos repusieran algunos platos. Las opciones de comida caliente eran muy limitadas. El personal de recepción fue muy servicial al reservar un taxi para nosotros.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast. Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

The hotel itself is nice, but our room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drain. It was a constant odor of sewage that made the whole room feel unclean. the first night we were so tired and did not complain about it, and we closed the bathroom door all the time. We requested a change next day, but were told the hotel was full. Hotel send someone to fixed next day.

Disappointing ”Superior” Experience – Not Worth the Premium! We booked a Superior Room with a Sea View, but were assigned a room on Level 2 with a very poor view that certainly didn’t feel ”superior.” To make matters worse, the room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning wasn't working. When we raised this with staff, we were told the AC is only turned on during summer and were remarkably suggested to just ”keep the balcony door open.” The lack of attention to detail continued with the amenities. Despite being two guests, we were only given one small bottle of plain water per day. They also provided four coffee sachets but only two milks; the math just doesn't add up for a well reputed hotel. Very disappointing service for the price paid.
