That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno.
