We traveled in a large group and stayed for multiple days. It was a nice, modern hotel.

La habitación del hotel es muy nueva, la hermana de la recepción es muy entusiasta, recomendó un lugar agradable y divertido, la habitación es silenciosa, el arroz de desayuno está bien, la variedad es un poco menor, el viaje es muy conveniente, la habitación es la dirección, pero está limpia, la recepción tiene una llave de lluvia disponible, en general, muy bien.

La habitación es muy espaciosa y cómoda, y el efecto de iluminación también es muy bueno. Puedes trabajar bajo luces brillantes cuando estás trabajando y puedes ajustar las luces a más suaves cuando estás descansando. El efecto del aire acondicionado es bueno. El cabezal de ducha también es muy adecuado. El desayuno es muy rico. Siempre elijo el Orange Hotel cuando voy de viaje de negocios.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The reception ladies are very nice and let us check out a bit later so we could grab the train easily. They upgraded our room without extra cost. I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you!!!

Clean room, good interior. Room was marketed as ”River-/Lakeview” & any reasonable person would agree it was not Lakeview. It was city view. See the picture attached. The river was barely visible between two high rise buildings, but only when pressing the face against the window. To the left was only city. The window was facing east. Pictures faces south.

It felt like a brand new and decent 4 star hotel with tasty decor, comprehensive facilities and comfortable beds. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The surrounding area is also very nice with walk paths by some waters. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay next to walking street with lot of delicious food and shopping options, my son especially like the shaodo shaodo AI can voice command, friendly front desk , free breakfast , see you guys next time . thanks keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍

Check-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!
