황리단길에 위치해서 볼거리가 많고 음식점도 다양했어요

Excelente lugar, a unos pasos de todo lo turistico, el lugar es calmado y cómodo, realmente vale la pena tener la experiencia de hospedarte en un Hanok en este hotel, el personal fue muy amable.

외관은 너무 너무 만족이지만 건물의 틀어짐이라고 해야하는지... 천장 부분 틀어짐도 있고 화장실도 그렇고... 화장실은 곳곳에 검은 곰팡이가 많아요. 청소 관리의 문제인거 같아요. 옆방의 문닫고 여는 소리가 밤에는 더 크게 들려서 계속 깨고 화장실에서는 다른 방 소음이 더 잘 들리구요. 하룻밤 한옥을 경험하기에는 좋아요.

처음에는 한옥호텔 기대를하고갔는데 가격대비 실망입니다 가격은 일반모텔 두배인데
아무리 특가 일반객실이지만
일반모텔보다 못하고 청결도도 별루고 80~90년대 여인숙이 생각나네요 전체적으로
외부분위기는 좋은데 내부는 실망임

Very thin layer wall, the property manager have known since the building was built, I guess. But, there is no way of solution like insulation or limited age or else. Between two loud ( or just normal kids banging and jumping sounds & kicking) had really hard night to having sleep.
Without earplugs or earbuds , I do not recommend the beautiful & laud place strongly.

1.샤워헤드가 벗겨져 샤워 중 목부분 찰과상.
밴드3개받고 부모님을 위해 새것교체
2.침구는 바닥에 깔지도 않았는데, 타인머리카락 나옴
3. 이중 주차 차량이 많아 외출시 출차부탁하니 차량주인이 외부에 있다고, 기다리라는..
여유있게 나왔지만 지연되어,위약금이 있는 스케줄이라 정작 우리 가족은 택시로 이동.
발렛안해주면 최소한 투숙객에게 외부외출시 카운터에 키를 보관하던지, 노티스 해달라고 하셨으면. 내차두고 택시로 이동하는 소비를 하지 않겠죠
4. 고객차량 잘보고 이동주차부탁전화해주시길. 쉬고있는데 정확한 차량넘버 확인없이 대뜸 전화해서 차량 빼달라는
5.전통한옥이라 이러저러한 체험은 좋으나.
적어도 오전 9시전까지는 특히 널뛰기 삐그덕.쿵덕...소음..
부모탓도 있고. 아동들이라 이해하고는 싶지만
이용제한시간이나 에티켓 적용시간정도는 미리 공지해주시길
