価格なみのホテル。シャワードアは無い。シャワー温度調整が難しい。スリッパも無い。でも安いのでok。ロビーフロアのレストランもノンベジメニューあり、ビールもあり良かった。

Pathetic room service. Don't expect room service on time. During breakfast time, lunch time and dinner time most of the room service staff will be busy there and no one will deliver room orders. Order room service only if you have patience to wait for more than one hour and repeated phone calls to reception and room service. Advice for quick response to room service : step 1 - polite phone call and place order. Step 2 - remind your order over phone 5 times after a gap of 10 minutes. After 50 minutes if no response step 3 - call reception and place your order politely again if you have patience and lot of leisure time. If no response call again and you will advised by the ***ager to raise written complain and they will promise to improve next time and expect an apology from the ***ager. But you will never get your order ...

The check in was smooth and the staff friendly. Room service is prompt and the food is wonderful. The breakfast spread does not have ***y options but still it is good enough. You have to mind your steps though as the flooring of the reception area and the restaurant has been done in ***y levels and chances of tripping is very high. But the down side is the tiny room size and tiny bathrooms. I had out up in the executive room which was costing around Rs. 7000 per night but the space was too limited. Some of my colleagues were staying in the ordinary rooms costing around Rs. 5000 per night where there was hardly enough room to keep the luggage and only one solitary chair could be fitted in the room for someone to sit. No chance of having friends or visitors over for a cup of tea.

My room was small size but clean with all modern facility. Restaurant charge GST 18% other restaurant charge 5% GST. , Break Fast items are ***y - menu is good. There are vegetable Juice not fruit juice.

I have order mutton Rogan Josh that was very delicious really I like it and enjoy the food and the room Service order was very first the ambitious is also good thanks chef palas roy and rahul Das and front office team thanks for your great hospitality Will come again ☺☺☺
