Service of the hotel is too bad. To request something need to remind at least twice. To order something in the room it takes long time to reach.Spa doesn't have enough therapist. Food provided in the breakfast as very cold and poor quality.

I had a very positive experience here. I visited for two nights either side of a trip to Kaziranga. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, but in particular the quality of the service was excellent. Dipu, the front office ***ager, was particularly helpful

The experience was outstanding. Cleanliness and staff are a real asset. Rajan, Dipu, and Priya, Ranjitha, Komal and no o mention the best Is the young chef both brilliant and passionate. The price is a bit on the higher side for a hotel with no bar r a spa. The experience otherwise was five star

Really great place to stay. The rooms are excellent, ambience is great and staff are friendly. A wonderful experience overall. Will definitely recommend people to stay in this beautiful hotel when visiting Guwahati. My best wishes to the establishment.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Premium facilities, food was also great. Everybody was caring and friendly about my visit. Received great help. Located in the main part of the town so easy to locate. Can't ask for anything more. Will visit again.
