The location for the property provided in the ******* app was wrong. I went to that place at 11 pm and found no hotel there. I tried calling the hotel 100 times but nobody answered even though it was ringing. After I raised the issue with the customer care they said they cannot give a refund even after such a mental trauma though it was their fault for setting the wrong location in Google maps.

At the time of check the reception guy took more than 40 mins and he was talking rudely. He had refused to provide more rooms because 2 more guest planned to meet. We were willing to pay charges for additional room. Request for tv connection which he didn't connected. More than 20 times called at reception but none responded inf-act no one came outside for service. All staff was sleeping in their rooms. Overall it was terrible experience.
