Masaga by Qcent, Gurugram

We were there for a wedding stay and I must say that this was a good hotel at its price range. Room, cleanliness, interior decoration all was good. The wedding was on the terrace and there's a room with a glass wall there so that those who want to stay indoor in cold and witness the wedding can do so. There's a slow lift but capable to accomodate maximum people. Staircases are also fine. Check in was smooth and the hall on the ground floor is very good for that size of people. Food catered was especialy good and authentic north Indian. Near Gurugram railway station, this is the best option to stay. Just to mention that some rooms have no windows, but on the other direction, rooms with windows are also available. Food and tea for small group was served on the first floor based roundtable room. Masaga at its price range is best option to stay in non-DLF side of Gurugram. DLF side travel in taxi may take 20 to 30 minutes. Requests for extra bed and other issues were addressed by staffers efficiently. Wash basin area in washroom I found little cramp. Toilet items can be improved a lot. Frequency of room service to replace the fresh items (water, toilet items, towels) can be made more efficient.

Excellent experience, Room was very nice, Biggest room, staff was very polite and helpful. Newly build property, food was also tasty and fresh, all over service was good. Specially management was very nice, best location near Gurgaon Railway Station just two minut distance.
