The food and ambiance especially the staff awesome we came for breakfast in welcomcafe and ms Haritha she's very good at taking care of guests and she's very friendly with my kids and she suggested me pancakes with sugar powder and my kid like that very much overall nice need to improve the food quality

While on our road trip, we initially aimed to find accommodation in Vijayawada. However, faced with unavailability, we pivoted to Guntur and stumbled upon Welcomehotel Guntur. Booking our stay through the ITC website was a seamless process. Upon check-in, we were pleased to find that the process was efficient, and our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We decided to dine at the hotel as well, and we were thoroughly impressed by the excellent quality of the food, which we enjoyed immensely. However, a minor hiccup occurred when we were asked to pay again for our meal, despite having already settled the bill during the booking process. It took the staff about 10 minutes to rectify the error and confirm that we had indeed prepaid. The breakfast experience the following morning was slightly disappointing in terms of service, with several of our orders missing. This left us somewhat disheartened, and we began to question our decision to book at Welcomehotels. To our pleasant surprise, we received a feedback request email, and I took the opportunity to express our experiences in detail. While my expectations for feedback responses are typically low, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the Food & Beverage ***ager, Mr. Uday Prakash. Mr. Prakash assured us that our concerns would be addressed, and true to his word, our subsequent dinner experience at Peshawri exceeded all expectations. The food was exceptional, and the service was truly top-notch. The Dal Bukhara, in particular, evoked fond memories of similar culinary experiences at the esteemed ITC Maratha. The following morning, our breakfast experience was also excellent, showcasing a marked improvement in service quality. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's proactive approach to soliciting feedback and their commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience. Both Mr. Rajesh Nath and Mr. Uday Prakash deserve commendation for their positive response to our feedback and their diligent efforts to turn around our service experience. Our stay at Welcomehotel Guntur was thoroughly enjoyable, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Fresh and perfect ! The hotel is new and welcoming ! true to its name. Good rooms and service. Breakfast spread is good. Over all the best place to stay at Guntur. This is a brand new place, opened just in Jan. So rooms were all spanking new, and that felt nice. They're located in the best part of the city - wide roads, lot of eating options nearby. Naresh at Front Office made sure our stay was well taken care of, and all staff members made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast spread was excellent, and service was quick. If you drive in, like you did, the valet takes a bit of time as all parking for the hotel seems to be in the cellar. Will certainly visit again 👍🏼

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff PRADEEP incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice! Over all rating about the hotel And staff 10/0

It was a stopover for us. We were travelling back from Bhubaneswar and Guntur was our first stop. We received a warm welcome from Mr.Pradeep at the hotel(new property). Mr.Souvik and Mr.Naresh made our check-in faster and smoother. The room was clean and ready. All thanks to Mr.Kundan.Food is good and has variety. Mr.Venkatesh with the team (Lima, Sandeep, and chef Narishma)always greeted us with a smile(most welcoming) and served us surprise dishes. My son was pampered with all his favourite starters and mocktails. Yes, the spa has a trained therapist (Moi) whose massage relieves stress and tensions. Highly recommended place to stay ( ambiance, food, staff no complaints at all)and don’t forget to pick ikat fabric and ***galagiri saree.Happy stay and happy shopping for travellers like us.

Great Business Hotel Was on a Business trip with family n had a lovely stay in room no 1615 n itc club members get upgraded so please ask at reception Breakfast was great with Uday Ria n Pratyush taking great care Reception staff of Falguni n Devika n Narasimha n Malik were prompt I. Service Hotel is centrally located in guntur n do visit the pool n gym on level 10 it's lovely in the Evening

Excellent hotel to stay in Guntur. One can be on business trip or holiday trip.. it will be comfortable. Food is good, the spread in breakfast is very good but the dinner spread needs correction. However, they provide you with want you wish to eat without extra cost anything that may not be on the spread. Their hospitality is over and above lots of hotels across the country. Chef Narshima, Chef Devlin, supervisor S Ravi, Shammukh and Sivankar are Excellent people and are very helpful, their care taking is unbeatable. Front desk people are Excellent, the housekeeping is far more better than ***y other 5 star hotels.. the head of housekeeping, I forgot the name, remembers by name and your like and dislikes on anything in the room.
