Pasamos una noche de vuelta a España. El hotel está a diez minutos en coche de la Duna de Pilat y de Arcachon. La habitación muy bonita, limpia, con una decoración en referencia al ambiente pesquero de la ciudad muy original. Baño limpio y con todo lo necesario. Nos dieron un detalle a la llegada y nos dejaron dos botellas de agua y gominolas en la habitación. Desayuno muy bueno y variado.

Hotel de la gama Styles con amplias habitaciones y diseño muy cuidado. Se encuentra en medio de la naturaleza pero muy bien comunicada, especialmente para visitar Arcachon o las Dunas du Pilat. Dispone de bicicletas, supongo que de alquiler, pues no las use y tambien tiene piscina exterior. Muy buen desayuno y bien atendido.

Se comportaron de una manera muy cutre. Nos trataron mal, el dueño del hotel fue un maleducado y nos cambiaron el precio sin avisar. Muy maleducados. Teníamos una reserva. Nos la anularon un par de días antes. Dijeron que tenían un problema en el sistema. Volvimos a reservar , nos aparecía un precio más alto pero al teléfono nos dijeron que nos iban a respetar el precio anterior (el de la reserva que ellos nos habían anulado un par de días antes). Llegamos y ya nadie se acordaba de nada y claro, tuvimos que pagar el precio fuerte. Muy cutres. Una muy mala experiencia.

Stopped here for the second time on our way back from spain. Very new hotel, nice staff, modern clean bedrooms. Good breakfast options, a bit more than the usual Ibis. Also, out of the high season, good prices. The pool looked inviting, but the temperature was a little cold for us. A couple of restaurants within walking distance, recommended by the staff. Will stay again.

Excellent stay. Front of house staff were amazing and so friendly. Spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Would highly recommend. Water Park across the road. And also adventure centre next door. Ideal for kids.

When we first got there, I was a bit skeptical as it's located next to the highway in a huge attraction park area. We actually had a great time in the hotel. Lovely decoration, super friendly staff, room was large and nice with a small terrasse and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back.

We booked this hotel as part of a French road trip, it was booked in July 2022. It stated our room was poolside and terrace view. We booked in, in good time and went to room 102 after speaking to reception and a man who spoke good English. The room was on the 1st floor on the very end overlooking the road and no pool in view and it was also a disability room. We spoke to reception who said sorry we are full. After explaining that water was going everywhere from the disability shower and we had booked the room nearly a year ago and we had a view of a road and not the pool we were offered a drink! Which we declined. In the morning after being woken by the delivery lorry at 6am we went to breakfast and saw the manager who was aware of our complaint, he was very apologetic and said that he would make some adjustments to our bill which seemed fair, but he was unable to do it till the afternoon. To date nothing! I emailed Allaccor and guess what, nothing. I feel as an English person in a French hotel we were discriminated, a reception full of false promises and the feeling we were shunted to a horrible room. The hotel itself is lovely but VERY let down by management. I dislike being lied to and ignored. I would be more than happy to discuss matters if I could find a contact for them or they contact me.
