¡Hoteles cinco estrellas con servicios cinco estrellas! Esta vez vine a Guiyang para alojarme en un total de dos hoteles, cuando llegué el 29/6 me alojé en el Great Cross Atour, el precio actual de una cama doble es 3 veces el precio de alojarse a fines de junio, así que volví para considerar reservar otro hotel, Huang Guoshu conoció a un amigo que se quedó en Kempinski y dijo que era bueno, así que también reservé. El hotel solo necesitaba toallas de baño con agua tipo almohada y respondimos rápidamente, ¡el servicio fue realmente bueno! Jugamos un mes con más equipaje, y varios conserjes nos dieron permiso para mover nuestro equipaje. El desayuno también fue variado, los platos fueron diferentes hoy y ayer, y las explicaciones fueron todas a la parrilla ese día. La piscina de la planta 6 del hotel es un club deportivo, muy profesional, y donde se celebran competiciones. El servicio es completo 💯, las instalaciones están bien mantenidas, la limpieza es muy limpia! ¡Perfecto para padres e hijos! Tomamos un taxi hasta Qingyun Road y el precio inicial fue de 12 yuanes. La ubicación es buena y se puede ir caminando hasta el edificio Jiaxiu. Hay muchos lugares para comer al lado del hotel, hasta la calle de los snacks. ¡La comida para llevar también es especialmente cómoda!

We booked two Deluxe Rooms w/ 2 beds 45 Sq m. A good size standard room with a great open city view and the breakfasts were quite good, lots of varieties. Located in the city centre and very easy to get around. Front desk was very friendly & welcome

I booked 2 rooms for my family of 5, with one child. We stayed in the deluxe twin room which has been renovated earlier this year/last year. The room and bathroom are spacious , bright and clean (except for the doorway inside the room near the closet ) with good view. The staff quality is of high standard. They all are professional and friendly (from the bell boy, the front desk to the servers in the restaurant). The executive lounge is on 53/f and it’s cozy. The view there is nice. The lounge provides a range of snacks with very professional hotel service. The breakfast also offers a variety of food and drinks. We enjoyed it! Regarding the location, there’re a shopping mall (1 to 2 min walk) and many convenient stores nearby. It’s also within walking distance to the tourist spot Jia shou Lou (甲秀樓.). However, it’s is not too close to the subway.

Good stay and very comfortable for international stay and good support from concierge on trip advices and from Carl too!

We recently stayed at Kepinski Hotel Guiyang for two nights.We enjoyed our family themed room layout, nice and clean, with children themed design and a play tent, slide, etc. They provided a nice breakfast, which is a diverse buffet, Chinese and western mix. Staff are super warm and friendly. The greatest provision from the hotel is service; they always ask you if you need anything and then they provide what you require. There is a restaurant I have to highly recommend because the food is tasty, presented like art, and staffs serve you like a VIP. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not available due to renovation at the time we stayed.

Service is good, we stay for 4 days 3 night. Always very helpful.

The hotel is located centrally and there is many food choices around. Most importantly all the staff , Luke , Ashe from front desk to concierge boys to executive lounge , Candy Xie were all very approachable and helpful. The male front desk who did our room late checkout was also very approachable .The staff had made the stay very pleasant and they will always try their best to accommodate our request . Hence , after staying a night , I cancelled my other hotel bookings to come back n stay on my last night in guiyang . The rooms are nice and comfổmtable. Good breakfast spread . Recommended . Hotel is reasonable priced

Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Quite a distance from subway. Breakfast choice is poor and limited.

Ethan Zhou at the reception was truly helpful and upgraded me to a suite, which was really fantastic as it gave room for my kids to roam and also provided segregation when I needed space to work alone without the disturbance of my children. He was keen to assist when he realised that I was with my kids without my wife and offered to make my stay incredibly comfortable. Service with a grand smile
