The hotel's location is very convenient, next to a subway station and shopping mall. The front desk staff were very patient, especially Wendy Li, who helped us solve our problems. We should thank her for her help.thks wee swee keng

Very nice hotel, not far from GY North station. Excellent service from front desk and restaurant. Especially thanks to Chelsea Lo, really appreciate her great help to sort out my iPAD plug. We travel with a 90+ elderly, Hotel staff are all very warm and helpful to make our stay really pleasant, thanks very much 🙏🙏🙏

Would definitely stay here again, I had a great view from my room, and the building is tall enough that you can see pretty far out. The breakfast was up to par for CN standards, had a made to order noodle bar. Very comfortable and spacious overall, not just the room, but common areas as well, (oh and they have good coffee with a selection of Monin syrup and a variety of quality tea bags, self-serve in the lobby 24/7). They also had free laundry/dryer at the 3/f, with detergent. On the second night of a 2 night stay, there was torrential rainfall throughout the night, including thunder and lightning; the power went out twice in the whole area, at least several city blocks; there basically wasn’t anything the hotel could do about it. But all the emergency backup lighting and signage were all working properly, both in the room and in the hallway, so that was surely good. 小周 at the front desk was quite helpful and sincere, props to them, they were also super apologetic about the power outage (even though it was in no way their fault). Great stay!

Pet friendly hotels are fantastic! Bring the cat with you to check in, and the front desk of Xiaoren has thoughtfully prepared snacks. The room was clean and odorless, and the staff were also very friendly to pets. After staying for three days, the overall experience was impeccable! The hotel cleaning lady cleans diligently every day and promptly changes towels to replenish drinking water.
