I booked a room through Ctrip, but the hotel deliberately made things difficult for me. It's a different era now, and they still asked for a deposit. The temperature in Qinghai is already very cold in the morning and evening. There is no air conditioning at all, so I made a fake air-conditioning outlet. I spent half the night looking for the air-conditioning switch. Please treat your customers as human beings."
