Lavande Hotel(Guangzhou Beijing Road Walkway)

Room was comfortable and prompt customer service..the only downside is that the location is quite a distance from metro station

The bed is very comfortable. Hotel is at a busy but quiet location near to beijing lu with many famous eateries nearby. We were very pleased with the room and location

This hotel is located at a plaza but has only 2 levels (level 3 and 4). Although the reception area is not impressive, the rooms were excellent. The twin bedded room that we stayed in were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They even provide a humidifier unit in the room. The air-condition were excellent and the bath water pressure were strong. There's even piped music which you can control (located next to the hair dryer socket). Excellent service with impetuous honesty: my wife left her handphone in the room after we checked out and only realised 5 hours later. We went back to the reception and they duly kept it safe for us to collect. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location is great as it is walking distance to Beijing Lu (shopping street) and also to the cruise wharf. For those who commute using the metro, it is located near Haizhu Square stop.

We stayed in a room with three beds and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff at the desk are very friendly and helpful. One of the gentlemen taught us how to book tickets for an attraction. We were not provided with enough toilet paper and I had to ask for some! The lobby could use an update but overall this was a fantastic stay in a convenient location with great customer service.

Good location.

Actually the hotel is rather small, occupying only 2 levels of the building. The rest are offices and shops. The room is very clean but the lobby was so disappointing that we nearly aborted stay. Service was excellent. Location was extremely good too, just right beside the shopping street.

The room cleaning was bad and the table and cups were not cleaned throughout our stay. TV not connected to WiFi and can only watched a few cctv channels which is disappointing. Carpet was musty and service overall bad. It's not located near Beijing Road or train station... need to walk about 10mins to get to these places. Totally not recommended as you can find better hotels at a lower rate.

Very convenient location. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Wil definitely stay again.
