Una persona dijo que las instalaciones son viejas y tienen mala higiene. Más de 400 habitaciones solo valen 150. Otras son realmente promedio. Hay polvo ***** en las toallas. La colcha no está limpia y hay pelos en la almohada. Hay También el olor a sudor, esto es lo más inaceptable, espero que se pueda mejorar.

Location si great. Is clean in Chinese standards. You have even a washing machine.
The nicest park next to the building. Acces to metro. Restaurants in canton place. All good with this place just that hard bed …

This is a nice, decent place to stay. Location is walking distance to Tancun subway station (line 5). The room that I stayed in was spacious and adequately clean. Having a refrigerator, microwave and kettle in the room was convenient. View from the balcony overlooking the nearby park was nice. I have to mention the lady at the reception who is usually there in the evenings. She was extremely helpful all the time, and went out of her way to help me book a taxi as well as ride on Didi. I was a foreigner so this was much appreciated. The only drawback I found was there are no larger supermarkets, grocery stores or shopping closeby, and restaurant options are limited

Booked a duplex loft (bed for 4) for a family holiday and am pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of the room. There's housekeeping everyday too just in case it's not mentioned anywhere. I was a bit apprehensive at first because there were negative reviews about the hygiene of the room but it turned out to be perfectly fine in the end. No problem with a late check in (3am) as there's 24 hours front desk service. Hotel staff are helpful too. Take note that the taxi won't drop you off right in front of the building, you need to make a 20m walk to reach the lobby. Location was superb with a 5 min walk to reach the local metro and it's also near the big malls like TianHe and Grandview malls. For joggers looking for a motning jog, it's also beside a local park, Zhu Jiang park! Overall, definitely a pleasant stay at this apartment hotel.

Apartments are a little worse for the wear, but great location for my visits to my chiro. Close to many food places and great mall within walking distance. Hope they can improve on cleanliness and renovation of apartments.
