Valoraciones de President Hotel (Guangzhou Sports Center Taikoo Hui)

El olor es muy fuerte, como a agua alcalina. Es muy incómodo 😣, no sé qué está pasando. Quizás sea mejor si se ventila por un tiempo en el futuro.

Instalaciones: El inodoro tiembla y emite un sonido cuando una persona se levanta. Otras instalaciones también son antiguas y no hay enchufes junto a la cama. Higiene: Normal, el antiguo hotel no ha sido renovado, la iluminación no es buena y no se puede saber si está limpio o no. Medio ambiente: El olor a desinfectante es muy fuerte durante el período del Primero de Mayo, el piso 12 aún estaba en obras, lo que provocaba mucho ruido e imposibilitaba el descanso por la tarde. Servicio: La hora de check-in escrita por el hotel fue después de las 14:00. Cuando llegamos al hotel después de las 14:00, la recepción nos dijo que no había habitaciones y nos pidió que esperáramos 30 minutos. Después de ir a un restaurante cercano durante 45 minutos, volví a llamar al hotel y todavía no podía registrarme. Otra recepción me dijo que no entendía la situación. Finalmente, recibí una llamada telefónica después de las 16:00 y me informaron que podía registrarme. Incluso cuando el hotel tiene los edificios A y B, la recepción no sabe cómo avisar a los huéspedes con antelación. El servicio de recepción es muy poco profesional. En general, el nombre del hotel suena muy elegante, pero el servicio y las instalaciones no coinciden en absoluto con el nombre. Algunos hoteles de cadenas normales son más cómodos.

No hay orificios de drenaje. Al ducharse, el agua inunda el pasillo de la habitación. No hay toallas ni toallas de baño. El ambiente de la habitación realmente no es bueno.

Highly recommend!! Room: very clean. Chose non-smoking room and it was perfect. Drinking water: plentiful. They were 4 bottles provided in the room and more in front of the elevator. Bathroom: the shower was amazing. Very clean and the mirror is big. Location: 10/10 very close to Gangding station and walkable to Shipaiqiao station. Has 3+ shopping mall nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. I was amazed that for an entire night i didn’t hear any disturbance sound(cuz i didn’t expect much peace cuz the hotel is located in the middle of crowded area) Ps. Shoutout to Ellie & Jarvis. They were really helpful. Even went outside the hotel and communicated with didi’s driver for me. 5/5 to the hotel 5/5 to the staffs

1. Service : Really the best services ever for my whole Guangzhou trip since the staffs all really nice especially Helen小覃 🥹 She helped me for my lost parcel and get it back for me. We having this trip in the mid-autumn and hotel provide us mooncake 🥮 too 2. Environment: Really convenient because walking distance only 2mins from the railway station and the shop nearby very easy to access such as restaurant, beverage or convenient store 3. Cleanliness: The room is really big and clean even after the room services the hotel will put it back for us anything that we have used. This hotel really in AI mode too because they will send our ordered take-out meal by using the robot 😍 For total 100/100 for tis hotel experience

Have very bad smell in The corridor to the rooms, And had pictures that resembles Nazi uniform in my room, The breakfast wasn't ready in the dining room and they say it's was because no have enough people, But they refuse to pay me the breakfast money back and ask me to wait in my room for food that they will send half hour later, If you book directly with them without ctrip better to do it in one time, I book the room for 2 days every time and they raise the price in 20rmb every time I extended the room, (530, 550, 580,)

Returned stay at the hotel. A 4-star hotel with 5-star stay experience. Rooms all modern decorated with voice control and automated toilet bowl which many 5-star hotel don’t even have. Breakfast spread is ok. Location wise, it is near to many computers shops and big shopping centre and also many eateries around, besides it has a Macdonald store too. It is also within short walking distance to the metro station.

I wish to positively commend the staff of the front desk, concierge and room service at President Hotel. I had checked in on 13/1/25 but later requested a change of room to a higher floor for a better view of Guangzhou City, and this request was instantly attended to. The front desk staff have been most helpful. Subsequent requests for assistance to book a DiDi ride have also been excellent. Breakfast lounge serves a good variety of breakfast delicacies. There's also a good restaurant within the hotel for those who wants to eat in. The hotel location is central and near to eating places, and shopping malls. I recommend President Hotel to travellers to Guangzhou City. ,

I was very hesitant to book this hotel after reading so many negative reviews in Google. I decided to take a leap of faith after reading positive reviews in Trip.com. I'm glad I did. Hotel may look old from outside but looks new and clean inside. It also preserves the authentic feel. Breakfast was great and taste good. Just perhaps cold. Maybe I was the earliest guest to have breakfast. On location, the hotel is situated at the heart of electronic malls. A 10 minutes walk will lead you to Grand View Plaza. Overall, I love this hotel.

The manager on shift Olivia was exceptionally initiative, polite and did the check out process very quickly. Kudos to her and her team.

Nice staffs and respective when i return to guanghzou i will reserve in this hotel... thanks for all the employees and worker at the hotel .. and also the hotel is so clean

Very please with the service from reception, and the overall stay was great. Location is perfect. Room is clean. I will stay again.
