The place is a short walk away from the subway,which is great. There is a supermarket and small centre down stairs, a park that is a walk away, playgrounds, and more BUT, the cleaning is really BAD! The lady leaves the place dirty, bathroom dirty, just wet! Complaining didn't help either.

This is apartment that they rent to this hotel. The receiptionist building different with the room building and also different building for breakfast.
I will not recommend to stay here.

That’s no good hotel.so old and dirty.maybe don’t have any star so that is not hotel small old apartment.

服務：服務很不錯，每天會進來打掃…
衞生：還可以，收拾很乾凈，衹是沙發有異味
設施：這裡有洗衣機，冰箱，冷氣機……

設施：訂了基礎房型，到店後前台小姐姐免費升級了房型很不錯
衞生：保潔阿姨很熱情負責，即使一點小問題也會很快到房間處理
環境：就在奧園廣場裏面 樓下很多吃的 出行也非常方便 離寶能演藝中心衹有兩公里
服務：前台小姐姐非常熱情，有什麼問題很快就會處理

自己一個人來廣州玩訂了這家酒店，離香雪地鐵站僅幾百米步行很快就到，就在蘿崗奧園廣場H4棟路邊商鋪也容易找，對路痴很友好。前台小姐姐態度很好，點外賣不知道房間地址怎麼寫也很耐心告訴我了，房間Wi-Fi網速很好哦，晚上打遊戲也很快。附近有便利店燒烤店很晚也在開，自己出來住很方便哦！
