Valoraciones de Jinpeng Hotel (Guangzhou Yongqingfang Chenjiaxuan Subway Station)

Výborná poloha mimo turistického centra. My hľadáme reálnu Čínu nie turistické pozlátka. Stanica metra červenej linky Zhongshanba asi 20' vzdialená od hotela. V blízkosti hotela sa nachádza Krásny park s veľkým jazerom Liwan Lake. V oblasti je dostatok možností stravovania. Hotel má skvelé ceny, ale jeho zariadenie je v zlom stave. Dvere sa dajú otvárať len veľkou silou pretože zárubňa sa rozpadá. Zrkadlo nebolo čisté. Izba mala byť nefajčiarska, ale bolo tam cítiť dym z cigariet po predchádzajúcom hosťovi. Na chodbe pred izbou skladisko nepotrebných vecí.

El hotel está muy bien en general. Habitaciones grandes, baño decente y la televisión inteligente es realmente buena. El personal es amable y está dispuesto a ayudarte. Hay una lavadora donde puedes lavar la ropa de forma gratuita. La ubicación también es excelente, cerca de la línea 1 del metro. Desafortunadamente, la habitación que reservé estaba un poco rota. La puerta tenía algunos problemas al abrirla y cerrarla. El piso también estaba roto. Pero el hotel definitivamente vale la pena por ese precio.

Absolutely Nasty!I Wouldn’t Recommend This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been to. The toilet seat was wet when I arrived, the bedding was dirty, and the overall hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. I opted to leave and go to another hotel because I simply did not feel comfortable staying there. Also, the hotel should stop using AI-generated or misleading picture descriptions. The property did not match the expectations created by the listing. 0/10 for hygiene and cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very dirty, also it’s a s*x hotel But very very very dirty Also has stairs so not accessible for people who can’t do stairs And you can hear your neighbors And it’s in an Arab neighborhood

‼️‼️ If possible, I recommend saving up for a nice hotel and choosing a different place to stay. The cleaning staff here may not be the most attentive, and during my week-long stay due to an unexpected trip to Guangzhou for my visa renewal, I found the noise level quite high. The room looked exactly the same as shown, and I felt that the cleaning staff might have biases against foreigners. I won't go into all the details, but I sincerely suggest considering other options for your stay. Attention ‼️‼️do not book here, there are bed bugs and luckily I carry my spray everywhere I go but had to order another one online to last me the whole week. They should just shut down the hotel because they clearly don’t understand that people deserve to live in a clean room even though the price is low. ‼️‼️please don’t come to this hotel especially foreigners, they don’t like us. ‼️‼️DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ‼️‼️

Honestly i only booked because my other hostel decided to cancel a day before. t This one was cheap, has some food around and is close to chen clan hall wich is a must visit. Location is rather neat for a couple of days. They did have some ughh weird box selling ******** in a room though, that seemed a bit weird but whatever i guess.

For A Price (+60 yuan/night) single room, bed not very clean, my door was open before I enter, I can't take picture! Chaire was so dirty!

Pros: We booked the hotel one day earlier so that we could check in immediately at 7 AM after our arrival. The hotel could have canceled our reservation and given the room to a walk-in guest. Thank you to the management for not canceling it and for holding the room for us until 7 AM. The location is good because everything is nearby. Many attractions are within walking distance. There is hot water at any time of day. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable, but overall consistent. Cons: It seems we got the darkest and dirtiest room. Everything was dirty and dusty. The floor hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We had to clean all the tables and nightstands ourselves with soap. Some of the floor tiles were lying loose in the corners. The protective film on the doors was partially torn and hanging in pieces. The towels had holes. The bathroom was covered in mold, even though it’s very easy and quick to clean an Asian bathroom with a brush and bleach to keep it sanitary. The window wouldn’t close. There were cockroaches, and even a rat that calmly walks around the corridor at night and they can’t catch it. The list of irresponsibility and indifference from both the hotel owners and the cleaning staff could go on endlessly.

Sorry, but it was really bad 🙈 Okay, the location is good — close to a park, with lots of restaurants and shops around. I first checked the reviews (they looked great!), but honestly, the hotel is way too dirty. When I arrived, they gave me a room without a window — it was damp and smelled like mold. I asked the administrator why, and to be fair, they did change my room (thanks for that!). The new room had a window, which was better, but it was still dirty … I actually cleaned the room myself — first time in my life cleaning a hotel room)) Couse I booked it for 9 nights, so… yeah. I even found bed bugs there 😬 Omg, travelers, think twice before booking this one 😬 Maybe okay for one night, but not more. And bed bugs.. Just being honest here.

Right after checking in, when I was entering my room, a guy in underwear was inside the room. While I reckon it was not the hotel's fault because in China is so safe that the hotel rooms are left open throughout the day for fresh air to run through, they should pay more attention to these situations. If customers can't be trusted, do enforce not smoking in the rooms so that these can be closed. After this very unfortunate episode, in the day after, my room was upgraded to a much better room. And my stay was pleasant thereafter
