This hotel room is clean and the service was great, hotel staff will always greet you. amenities was also great, there laundry room with 3 washer and 3 dryer, there is also a gym room with 2 treadmill machine. Overall service was excellent.

3 star hotel giving me 5 star experience. From the amenities to the cleanliness to the service, everything was superb. The room was big and spacious. No weird smell, entire hotel has a nice woody scent. 8 bottles of water supplied everyday. Toiletries came in a case that can be reused. Shampoo, body wash and hand wash of good quality. TV in room is huge, love this. Will definitely book stays with them again.

I recently stayed at Ji hotel , and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. The location was ideal—close to major attractions and public transportation, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options, catering to all tastes. One of my favorite highlights was the robot that delivers stuff to your room, which added a touch of luxury to my trip. I felt truly valued as a guest and appreciated the little touches]. I highly recommend Ji hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return! 5/5 stars!

櫃台服務員很有禮貌！ 因全季酒店的APP有些問題，找職員—梁小姐處理。她很盡責，一直微訊聯絡，幫我找總公司處理，都差不多幾個禮拜先攪掂，十分感謝她！ 房間很乾淨，日系裝修好靚、感覺好舒服！ 下次會試一試其它地方的全季酒店。
