I didn't experience the warmth I've found in other service-oriented places. The front desk staff seemed stiff during check-in, and I waited a long time. When I reported the cooking oil smell at night, they were dismissive and just suggested someone spray air freshener. Was spraying air freshener what I needed? No one followed up or tried to resolve the issue, let alone address the oil smell itself. I booked three rooms, and the guests in the other two rooms received follow-up calls about their stay, seemingly to solicit good reviews. Do you think with my experience, they'd get a good review from me? Value for Money: For a room priced over 280, and with this kind of experience in this location, I definitely won't be choosing this place again.
