This is a lovely property. As the weather threatened to be stormy, the owner/manager upgraded my room without extra charge so I would not have had to take my luggage up (and back down) a steep outdoor staircase. I also requested a fan for my room, which the manager supplied to me even though the hotel did not possess this item! I'll stay there again when I next visit.

We arrived late, were given an upgraded room, and the fireplace was on & so were the lights! Pleasant surprise. Very quiet night and Becky at the front desk was truly concerned with our comfort.

Spectacular views with traditional inn charm. The inn keeper is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a short walk to Harbor Market - a miniature version of a gourmet supermarket with all imaginable and unimaginable alcohols and food!

This property is an old friend. We knew the previous owners and recommended the property many times over the two decades we lived nearby. The new owner has done an excellent job of renovating the 40 year old property so that it is fresh, clean, and comfortable, competitively priced for the Mendonoma coast.

Amazing hotel - especially for the money! I can’t say enough good things about this place! It was an amazing, serene getaway. My only tips to the hotel management is to look into getting softer mattresses.

Convenient, right off the road, very clean and fantastic ocean views. Creaky bed spoiled our sleep a bit. Otherwise, no complaints.

The staff kindly upgraded us to a sea view room. We arrived after dark and were so impressed to look out the window in the morning and see the beach and waves. The electric fireplace provided a very cozy feel to the room.

This was an excellent budget hotel. Spacious, clean, with all the expected amenities. Check in was easy, and reception was very nice and helpful. It was a better then expected stay.

Ceiling light not working. Thermostat fell out of the wall while attempting to set room temperature. Door stop also fell out of the wall at the front door. Bathroom has no ventilation fan. Bathroom window does not have privacy glass. Otherwise the room was ok, if a bit overpriced given the condition.
