Nosotros somos una familia militar que se mueve a través de nuestro nuevo país. Reservamos este hotel porque es parte de Wyndham y yo me quedé con otros y tuve una gran experiencia. Mi marido se inspeccionó y les dijo que estaba en el coche con mis perros como uno es mi perro PTSD. El hotel le ha inspeccionado y se ha abstenido de dejarlo saber, su único ascensor de trabajo es MUY lento y lleva 3-5 minutos para llegar realmente al piso seleccionado. Para CUALquier, deberían dejarlos saber porque puede sentirse como el ascensor que ESTÁ ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN ESTÁN EST En el ascensor no hay aire acondicionado ni donde están las escaleras, por lo que había 5 adultos en el ascensor pequeño con ZERO AIR y empezé a tener un ATAQUE PÉRDIDA! La señora en el ascensor con nosotros, tratando de aliviar el humor y ayudar con la mitad de la risa y dijo que “está bien todo esto sucede TUDO TIMO! Sólo dame un par de minutos!” ESTÁ MI MI RIESCIENTES? ! ?? Yo estaba visibilmente enojado y me pidió que me llamara un gerente. Se me dijo que tenía una cara roca y media despierta “no hay una”. Le dije que tenía PTSD y lo que acababa de pasar en el ascensor. Y le pregunté por qué no nos habíamos dado cuenta al inicio del check-in. Cuando se me dijeron que tenía PTSD! En lugar de ofrecer disculpas, nos encontramos con argumentos sobre ellos que no sabían que tenía PTSD. Que no se les dijeron. El tipo seguía rodando sus malditos ojos en mí, como si estuviera molesto y aburrido. Estaba a punto de tener un episodio de PLN BLOWN. En lugar de la única manera que me dio la mitad de su atención, estaba preguntando por su nombre y el de la dama. Me preguntó por qué en lugar de darme los nombres. Respondí: “Sólo me ocuparé de esto en la mañana. Quiero sus nombres ahora. “ Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y ¡Y Sólo había un niño más joven que era amable y atento, cuando me vio caminar por la puerta trasera y me vio peleando con mi jaula de perros. El niño debe levantarse y sustituir a la 2 Nincompoops “correr” el escritorio de la recepción. Ellos tienen personalidad ZERO y el servicio de clientes ZERO. Sin duda, veniendo de alguien que odia hacerlo, Deberían ser disparados!! Y estoy muy tentado a llamar a la Aplicación del Código en la mañana para salir de aquí porque los ascensores no deberían correr así.
