"The hotel is very charming and very well decorated at the entrance of the fortified city, so very well located for the balades but also to reach its car outside the ZTL. The bathroom was well even if I had to wait a while to have hot water. I don't think I had the best room but I've been very disappointed to see that there was no window in my latest floor when I thought a moment at the delivery of the keys that it would be all the opposite with a view. The breakfast is quite complete and the coffee made by the server is good. The bed was very close as the earrings were."

"My experience at this hotel was not one that I would recommend. The breakfast was not very diverse and, in my opinion, seemed more suitable for guests traveling with pets. I also had an issue with the Spa area. When I wanted to book a massage, they made the appointment but did not even tell me the exact time. I found the organization and communication with guests quite poor. We received only one key for two people. When I went to reception to ask for another key because I could not remember where I had left the first one, the attitude was not very welcoming. I was asked what I had done with the key, even though only one key had been given to two people. I think there should be a more practical solution for couples or families. On the positive side, I was very happy with the cleaning service. The cleaning lady did an excellent job every day. Another disadvantage for me was the distance from the beach. This was my personal experience at this hotel. In the future, I will probably choose another hotel with a better organized Spa area and better guest services. I may return here when traveling with my dog, but for now I am not sure. I wanted to share my experience honestly so that everyone can decide whether this hotel is the right choice for them."

"Location is perfect when traveling by train as it’s right next to the Grosseto station. You can also get to the city center (main Piazza) within 10-15mins of walking. The room was spacious for a solo traveler like myself. Just note that they don’t provide dental amenities (toothpaste & toothbrush). Otherwise the amenities are great, and the shower area is big too. The front desk staff are friendly and tried their best to communicate to me in English. There is a lift so don’t worry about huge suitcases. Breakfast spread is great and huge shoutout to the friendly staff/barista Raimona (hope I spelled it correctly) for amazing coffee and always greeting with a big smile on the mornings!"

"Sin lugar a dudas una de las mejores vacaciones que he disfrutado en mi vida. Situado en la Toscana te ofrece todo lo que un turista puede esperar. Tranquilidad, espacios amplios en la casa que reservamos con un jardín enorme tanto para cenar como para relajarse. La piscina a un minuto ha hecho las delicias de mi hija todos los días. Puedes hacer la compra en un centro comercial situado a un minuto, pudiendo disfrutar de la terraza a la hora de la cena. El restaurante Casa Livia ha sido un disfrute. Perfectamente situado, con una brisa super agradable hacía que te costase irte a hacer turismo después del desayuno. Cenamos sólo un día pero hubiésemos repetido más veces El trato de los empleados ha sido excelente, siempre con una sonrisa. Tuvimos algún "problema" al estar en pleno campo que se solucionó al momento. Obviamente el estar en el campo hace que estés en contacto directo con animalitos tipo ratones, hormigas...nada extraño si eres consciente de a dónde vas. Fuimos a la playa a Principina al Mare, muy cerquita, reservamos desde el hotel y para nuestra sorpresa nos pusieron en primera línea de playa, aparcamiento a la sombra para el coche y luego el trato fue fantástico también ya que nos dejaron juguetes para nuestra hija e incluso un colchón hinchable. Finalmente, ofrece la ventaja de estar cerca de muchos puntos turísticos en coche y volver a una hora adecuada sin hacer viajes muy largos. Como he dicho al principio un disfrute y ya lo estoy recomendando."
