Excellent stay for a last minute stop on our road trip. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, and our room was clean and roomy enough fot the 4 of us. The pool looked nice, although we didn't have time to use it.
Breakfast was typical hotel fare - waffles, eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, yogurt, cold cereal, bagels...

Very easy on/off I-80. Staff were very friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant. It was a very quiet area, the sheets were incredibly soft, the hot tub was hot, breakfast was good. Only minor complaint is the hot tub concrete is super rough - as in abrade your skin rough.

Bring earplugs - the walls are extremely thin. Our room was located just off the lobby and we could hear the front desk phone ringing like it was in our room. And wow, did that phone ring. If you're planning a stay here, do your fellow travelers a favor and do not call ahead of your visit. They will not answer the phone and everyone else in the hotel will be kept awake all night by the phone ringing.
We also had to make use of a sofa bed which had dirty napkins tucked into its bars and weren't provided with linens for the bed. Dismal.

Our key card had to be “reset” every time we left the room. Ran out of forks in the breakfast area. Smoke detector fell from ceiling. Room was good, seemed clean and it wasn’t noisy. We were on the main floor.

The Manager Alpesh Choudhry, was and other staff were really professional and friendly, everything was very clean, nice and clean breakfast areas, food was fresh, ready on time.
Excellent team, they know how to take care of this site and customers.
Will book again and again for future trips.

Booked a king but got a 2 queen room, electric door lock kept clicking all night, room was clean tho mostly, check in wasnt great pourly trained staff and was in rough shape

Found bed bugs in first room. Requested move to another room that night - no apology or help given. Next night had 4 people be assigned my room and try to open door while I was in room.
