"Hôtel Château Rose was one of the most memorable stays of our trip through France. With only 18 rooms and suites, the hotel feels intimate and personal rather than resort-like. The views across the Gulf of Saint-Tropez are beautiful, and the entire property is filled with expressive art, sculptures and unexpected design details. Even the extraordinary mosaic swimming pool feels like a work of art. The greatest strength, however, is the team. From the moment we arrived, everyone welcomed us with genuine warmth. Requests were handled with care, preferences were remembered, and the service felt attentive without becoming formal. We were upgraded to a spacious, light-filled room with a large balcony and views towards Saint-Tropez and Port Grimaud. The view could be enjoyed directly from the bed, the room was calm and comfortable, and the pillows were outstanding. The Lavazza coffee in the room was also much better than the usual hotel coffee experience. Breakfast was excellent. The selection was thoughtful, the fried eggs were possibly the best we had in France, and both regular coffee and iced coffee were prepared exactly as requested. The rooftop is another highlight. The sunset view is spectacular, and the combination of art, colour, music and open sky creates a glamorous but relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is not adults-only, but during our stay we saw only two children, and neither affected the atmosphere. It came remarkably close to delivering the calm, grown-up environment we look for. One small issue: on Sunday after lunch, the pool became busy enough that resident guests could not find a place for approximately an hour. We believe hotel guests should have protected access to loungers during busy summer weekends. That did not change our overall impression. Château Rose combines beauty, calm and genuine human warmth, and we would very happily return."

The service was poor. There was a power outage when I checked in, and the elevator door could not be opened all night. 3 of the 5 group members had skin problems"

"Contrary to the promises presented in the presentation of the residence, there is virtually no WiFi! It is unstable and you have to re-connect each time. Even 4G doesn't work, I manage, with a 5G smartphone, to find myself in Edge!! I'm eating up out-of-package data from searching for a network! The staff is friendly, that’s true. For the residence, there are many things to improve. The green spaces are very well maintained in front of the reception and the swimming pool, undoubtedly for the photo; on the other hand, behind... the accommodations have hay in front of them, no shrubs or thujas have been planted to have a little privacy (as the residence is in a U shape) we can see what the neighbors from face have on their plate. In addition, the pool entrance on this side has been closed off and we are prohibited from going along the sides of the pool so as not to disturb nearby accommodation, which forces you to go through the parking lots to reach the pool. A downside too, the lack of parking space! There is no signage on the ground either to demarcate spaces, which means that when you come home a little late, you have to park outside in front of the residence! It wouldn't be a problem if the pedestrian doors next to the car entrances and exits weren't blocked!! The cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival is very average and some are infested with ants. I will not come back."

"The stay was overall pleasant. The facility is very beautifully designed, maintained and quietly located – ideal for relaxation. However, there are some points that should be improved. "Beau séjour avec appartement de qualité bien équipé avec la climatisation et le wifi. Parking fermé gratuit . Nous avions loué l'appartement d'un propriétaire et tout était parfait . L’accès à la plage se fait par un petit portail, une allée et ensuite il faut traverser le camping des prairies et tout cela en 10 minutes à pied et en toute sécurité. Nous y retournons en là régulièrement. La piscine est effectivement surveillée afin que tout le monde puisse en profiter à sa façon. Pour plus d’animations pour les enfants il faut privilégier le camping ."
