A few minutes drive from Grand Forks. You have to drive to the nearest town for catering or refueling. This is a typical motel equipped with a small grocery.

Hotel is in serious need of a up grade. The bathroom door needs oiling. The lights all need the bugs removed. The bathroom floor was like ice!
We were refused a second key. There were 2 of us and each with a different plan we were forced to change plans not knowing when the other would return to room.
The dead bolt didn't work and door handle was not right.

Check in was complicated and we did not feel welcomed. Room decor is very basic and mis matched. Beds were fine but bathroom need updating. The sink was cracked. Noise from highway was also a bit bothersome during the evening.

This hotel has very friendly staff that was very accommodating. They went above board to check us in and show us all about the rooms. Older style hotel but was very clean and comfortable. Prices were great.

Stopped due to highwy closure, checked in & taken to very clean well appointed room, police pulled in to advise road reopened, owner volunteered to reverse what was a very reasonable charge and I was back on my way. Terrific customer service. Will stop here in future.
