Excelente hotel ubicado justo al lado de Gotemba Premium Outlets, ideal para ir de compras. Magníficas vistas del Monte Fuji durante parte del día. El personal fue muy atento a pesar de las dificultades con el idioma, y ​​la habitación era limpia y espaciosa. Recomendado.

The location is fantistic for shopping at Gotemba outlet. Also their offer public bath and private open baths are really nice too. The food choices for breakfast can be more to suit customers from various countries.

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk to the outlet, so it a good choice for those who want to do a full day shopping, and then enjoy hot spring after that. We lived in a room facing Fuji mountain. Hotel breakfast is buffet style with variety of choices. Highly recommended.

We stayed on 20-22 Dec 25. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we didn’t see Mt. Fuji. Hotel Clad has nice but cramped room. Onsen is very nice. The breakfast was ok. Check in and out was efficient.

I choose room with mountain view and its worth the money! Im so lucky that my room is on 7th floor (the highest is 8th) and the window is like at the centre of mount fuji. Comfortable bed and spacious room! Hotel connected to the Gotemba Premium Outlet

Hotel CLAD offers an amazing stay with stunning views of Mount Fuji, especially from the rooms and onsen areas. Waking up to such a clear, unobstructed view was truly the highlight of the trip. The hotel is very reasonably priced for the view, quality, space, and experience you get, making it excellent value for money. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with large windows that really let you enjoy the scenery. The view from lobby is crazy beautiful. It’s also just next to Gotemba premium outlets! The private onsen is a big plus—perfect for relaxing in privacy while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Overall, Hotel CLAD combines great views, comfort, and affordability, and is an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in Gotemba. Highly recommended. I would like to commend Rai for her help with my last minute bus booking to Shinjuku. She was super helpful and patient. Expect great customer service from their staff.

The room is clean with perfect Mount Fuji view. Bed is comfortable. The onsen is superb with large space and a comfortable common resting place with comics, lounge chairs and nice Fuji view.
