"Staying at the Te Bujtina Hotel was the highlight of my stay in the Mali I Robit/Golem area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony attached. The breakfast served by the Te Bujtina Hotel was a mixture of an Albanian/International one, and all the courses of the breakfast are presented by the hotel staff to the residents. The hotel also doubles as a restaurant which specialises in Albanian cuisine, which I tried on one or two occasions. All the staff, including the owner of the establishment, were very welcoming and accommodating to the needs of the guests. The airport transfer service provided by Te Bujtina to and from the hotel, took the stress out of arrival and departure at the Tirana Airport."

"The hotel rooms are very spacious with extremely comfortable beds and well Maintained. However no kettles and tea making facilities are provided and irons are unavailable too. The staff need extensive etiquette and communication training . Despite being told in an email that kettles would be available there were none . The coffee pods and water bottles are not replenished daily . The hotel needs to pay heed to the comfort of guests at night time as the music and live singing is extremely loud and can be heard in all the pool facing rooms well into midnight . A move hotel in a good location and the hotel Management must work on training the staff to international standards"
