"A 3-star hotel and for these 3 stars it's ok. Clean rooms, air conditioning works. Breakfasts are quite monotonous, but for a week you can easily figure out something so that you don't eat the same thing all the time. Dinners are great, something different every day. The staff is nice. They know basic phrases in Polish, even better in English ;). You can see that not everything is the latest, but I have no complaints. The swimming pool is working and clean. There are a lot of Poles, so the kids had someone to play with."

"The room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day."

"Good location on the seafront, close to the market, restaurants and pharmacy. It's very clean, rooms with big comfortable bed and balcony, swimming pools for children and adults and a nice spa area. 🧖‍♀️ The breakfast was very good and there kind team working who speak English and especially Karoliny who speaks Portuguese too. 👏🏾☺️The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious (risotto was a great choice - staff suggested). We stayed at the hotel for a week and would definitely return."

Un agradecimiento especial a Miga de recepción, quien fue muy amable y servicial, siempre con una sonrisa. Hizo que todo fuera muy fácil y nos hizo sentir como en casa. "For a 4 star Hotel, the offerings were basic at best - stayed in a double room accommodation. Pros: • Staff: Welcoming & friendly greeting; arranged airport transfer to hotel, helpful in communicating with tour guide. • Room: Clean, comfortable mattress, rooftop balcony • Location: A short walk to the beach, shops, and town centre. Cons: • Communication: Not very quick in their response to e-mails or Whatsapp ＞ I e-mailed to arrange airport transfer 2 days before departure, response received & transfer arranged day of arrival • Breakfast: Very limited variety and repetitive daily selection. • No room ammenities i.e. no shower screen (had to mop floor after every shower); no shower mat (had to place a hand towel on the floor to dry feet); no hospitality tray (had to ask for glasses for drinking); no bedroom bin; TV not picking up Netflix or Youtube despite 2 attempts at resetting; no luggage racks to place suitcase • Noisy bathroom extractor fan • Housekeeping attended to the room once in the 7 days we were there • Surrounded by ongoing construction"

"EspañolAcabamos de volver de pasar 5 noches, está a 45 minutos del aeropuerto y cuesta unos 40 euros. El hotel era muy barato y obtienes lo que pagas, pero estaba limpio y era cómodo, pero muy anticuado. La zona de la piscina era bonita, al lado de un supermercado y a minutos de la playa y los restaurantes, solo que los baños no se limpiaron todo el tiempo, el papel higiénico estuvo en la papelera toda la semana y el hecho de que no puedas tirarlo lo empeoró aún más. También tuvimos un pequeño problema con el propietario, al que le habíamos pedido que nos dejara la habitación porque teníamos un vuelo tarde, nos dijo que sí, le dimos 70 euros y luego, en nuestro último día, nos dijo que quería que nos fuéramos de la habitación a pesar de que habíamos pagado una noche extra. No tienen ni idea de cuánto tiempo te quedas y no utilizan ningún papeleo ni detalles para comprobarlo. Así que nos enfadamos un poco porque nos sentimos muy incómodos al salir corriendo de nuestra habitación. Aparte de eso, fue un buen descanso por lo que pagamos. Definitivamente volvería a Albania, pero no a este hotel."

We also reported on so many occasions that the Tv in our room wasn’t working and they just kept changing the remote , so the whole time we could not watch the TV. This is why we gave 3 stars."
