Hotel Excelsior - All Inclusive

不錯的酒店，總台都是熱心的年輕人，幫我解決一般事務，所有餐飲全包還不停供應呢☺️

Very "lazy" cleaning ladies. Did nothing but giving us new towels for 7 days. Didn't even fold the bedsheets once. Had to ask reception for toilet paper because they didn't leave any. Pool water was dirty for 3 days before they manage to do something about it. Pool area WAY too small for the hotel. You have to put towel down no later than 6:30 to secure a spot in the sun. All drinking water dispensers gave lukewarm water the entire week. Extremely uncomfortable (and only 2) chairs at the rooms balcony. The All Inclusive bar at the pool area closed already at afternoon, despite it being a cozy area where people hangout in the evening aswell, so you had to do a 2 minute walk into the inside bar in order to get something to drink in the evening. Only 1 extra star because All Inclusive and WiFi was decent.

So this is a review mostly aimed towards animation (entertainment and they also make programs aimed toward kids and other age groups) in my week here I have experienced an amazing group they were really good at welcoming new tourists. During my week they have made entertaining shows and they create an amazing mood everytime they make a show no matter if it’s dancing or alike. Especially the girl animation crew were really good when it came to kids and held mini discos were they danced with the kids and this is just the start multiple times trough the day we experienced entertaining shows and activities that everyone could take part of. All in all the animation team was purely amazing couldn’t have named a better team for their job. If I had to say more about the hotel itself it was nice clean and the staff were werry nice we were always met with respect. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its nice facilities such as pool bar and restaurant but also the animation team especially if you have kids and are looking for a friendly team who is good with kids but also for adults of any age

Hotel clean modern, food except pancakes at breakfast is cold.. the outdoor food area is cold, left out all day except when it's gone there's NO replacement. No childrens entertainment or night disco, even when clearly advertised in the reception board. No jumping allowed in the pool! On a step high hill walking. Wouldn't revisit or recommend.

very nice Hotel. Rooms are Clean and very spacious . Hotel ist fully renovated. Service ist amazing, food delicious ( I am vegetarian and I had Many Options to choose ) . Swimmingpool ist very big and clean. I reccomend this hotel for everyone.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel this year. I've been every year for over a decade now and for good reason. I have been with friends, with family and in a couple and I was never disappointed The buffet meals three times a day are more than substantial, a lot of variety for meats and always lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Free drinks for 12 hours a day, who could possibly dislike that. Rooms were cleaned well and general staff were all friendly. For such an unbelievably reasonable price I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. Every year that I go the hotel is renovated and improved even more. The pool is massive and there is lots of deck chair space around it. I would gladly pay three or four times the amount that I did for the same experience. The only complaint I could possibly give is towards the other tourists at the hotel. I've looked at some of the bad reviews and, though any are inaccurate, they unfortunately do not surprise me. This is because I would often see some very unappreciative people complaining about nothing and being very rude to the staff who were trying their best to respond politely. All in all, this hotel is an incredible stay and I couldn't recommend enough to anybody looking for a hot summer vacation with family, or friends, or your significant other.

Hotel an sehr ungünstiger Lage. Führungsloses Personal. Und entsprechend kunden feindlich. Getränke nur mit Diskussionen im Glas erhältlich... Der alte "Bademeister" beim schwer zugänglichen Schatten-Pool lässt ein verschieben von Liegebetten nicht zu. Kurz und bündig: Nicht zu empfehlen. Das klägliche "Buffet" war nach 18 Uhr geplündert. Ab 19.30 geschlossen! Unser erstes Frühstück sah so aus

Мы отдыхали в этом отеле семьёй 4 дня. Я забронировала пакет «всё включено» (включает трёх разовое питание, напитки, бесплатный трансфер к пляжу). Хочу сказать, что отель не оправдал моих ожиданий!! За наше пребывание у меня накопилось много плюсов и минусов, которые я бы хотела поделиться здесь. Начнём, пожалуй, с положительных отзывов: - Размещение отеля - неплохое. Это не первая линия, но довольно близко к пляжу и магазинам. - Номера просто прекрасные, очень чистые, светлые, просторные. Интерьер мне очень понравился - стильно и «со вкусом». Кровати удобные и большие, от балкона открывается красивый вид на море (что для меня было очень важно). - Ресторан при отеле очень уютный, чистый и с красивым очень стильным интерьером (для меня это очень важно). - Кофе очень вкусный! - Хаус киппинг. Девушки, которые убирают номера очень добрые и приветливые! (Это кстати единственные люди, которые добры к гостям!!) На этом «плюсы закончились.. Перейдём к минусам: - Еда в ресторане каждый день однообразная и низкого качества. После каждого приёма пищи мы получали дискомфорт и никакого удовольствия от еды ( В большинстве случаев мы обедали и ужинали в ресторанах, которые находятся в центре города). - Бассейн при отеле это просто ужас!! При таком большом отеле и количества номеров, бассейн нереально маленький! Лежаков всегда мало и не хватает для всех гостей. Эти же лежаки расположены просто миллиметр друг другу… Комфортно полежать у бассейна и позагорать никак не получится. По всей территории бассейна есть огромные ёлки, от которых постоянно тенёк и ветрено.. солнечные лучи вообще не попадают в воду, от этого очень холодно. Ну и все ветки-палочки от этих ёлок падают в воду, что делают картину очень грязной. Вообще вся территория у бассейна очень неопрятна. - Напитки все низкого качества.. просто крепкие напитки непонятных брендов, от которых голова просто раскалывается на утро. - Персонал - это одно огромное разочарование! Как я упомянула выше, только девушки которые убирают номера очень приветливые. От остальных сотрудников за всё наше пребывание я не видела ни улыбки! Только хочу отметить двух барменов - ВИКТОРИЯ и ЙОРДАН ( это единственные люди, которые с тобой поздороваются и пожелают хорошего дня). Официанты в ресторане работают просто с каменным лицом, ни улыбки, ни приветствия.. они выглядят как роботы. Складывается впечатление, что они работают через «не хочу» … Я сама работаю в гостиничной индустрии и для меня такое отношение к гостям было шоком! По итогу я могу дать оценку 3 … В этот отель я точно не вернусь. А сами Золотые Пески очень хороший курортный город! В следующий раз постараюсь найти отель по лучше!

J'ai passé les meilleures vacances de ma vie au Grand Excelsior grâce à Abir, elle était mon héroïne et je ne pourrai jamais oublier ses efforts, sa patience et son professionnalisme. Une fois arrivés à l'hôtel, nous avons été directement chez cette belle dame. On a demandé une chambre près de l'ascenseur, elle nous a invités à nous asseoir et a changé de chambre immédiatement, elle était toujours disponible et répondait rapidement à toutes les demandes. elle appelle pour vérifier si tout va bien. elle était aussi mon interprète, elle était la seule à parler français. Je ne remercierai jamais assez Abir, elle était toujours à l' écoute, elle m'aidait même lorsqu'elle n'était pas de service et n'était pas payée pour cela. les chauffeurs qu'elle a réservés pour nous étaient polis et serviables. merci Excelsior d'avoir apporté la meilleure équipe, attentionnée et la plus dévouée. Je vous dis à très bientôt et je recommande vivement The Grand Excelsior.
