Luna Beach Hotel - Half Board & All Inclusive

The location was relatively ok, I received a room, on the 5th floor, big enough for 3 people, as I requested and as I paid - with a double bed and an extendable armchair. One day at 11 pm, water started to flow from the ceiling, next to the lighting system (a very large amount of water, it wasn't just a few drops). We asked the reception staff to fix the problem, the solution was to assign us another room (on the 2nd floor). I accepted, because the rain from the ceiling did not stop, the risks were quite high, maybe even a short circuit. At that time we moved to the room offered - extremely small, a room with 2 beds close together. I warned the person at the reception that the bed is not suitable for 2 adults and a 3-year-old child, that the mattresses move and it is not possible to sleep properly, they came to the room to check the situation (so it was not known what kind of room - was offered). In the end I stayed there, it was already past midnight, with the hope that a solution would be found in the morning. The next day, no one came to discuss the situation with us. We went to talk to the hotel reception, after we explained the problem, the employee said that he would pass it on to his superiors for a solution, but that we would stay in the same room. On the last day, Sunday, we managed to talk to the manager, who, very aggressively and with a totally inappropriate attitude in the given situation, told us that it was not their fault that it rained in our room, the hotel is not to blame, that the only solution is to subtract two days of parking and be satisfied that we were offered another room under the conditions of a full hotel. We don't know if that person was really the manager, he refused to introduce himself.

beatfull sea, very nice and modern rooms,a bit dificult way to beach but everything was ok. Nice place to relax no so many attractions around but sea nad beach is brillant,the recpetions staff is very friendly and ready to help

Perfect location 2 min from beach. Kind and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice outdoor and indoor pool. nice room for kids. The reception staff is best and will help you all the time.

Good food Nice room with view in sea Houskeeping was not perfect-in the morning they talked loudly, it was impossible to sleep. the pool was sticky. the room didn't always have toilet paper, Sometimes the basket was also not thrown away we have good memories anyway

The hotel is very dirty , the food is horrible, don’t touch the meet , the breakfast is a joke … the omelettes are not cooked enough… you don’t even know how to make an omelette??? the cups are dirty , the table are sticky, since we arrived there and till we left i did not see a smile from no one on the restaurant , they don’t salute you , the pool area is also dirty and and not clean properly. I never been in a hotel with such a rude staff and bad service. The only positive thing i have to say is that our room was clean and that the cleaning lady from our floor was cleaning everyday and chance the towels ( i think we got lucky ) The beach is very close but you don’t have sunbeds so you have to stay on the sand or try to pay on the private beach from other hotels, but only if they are not full from their guests. 18 bgn 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. The beach is nice and the water clean .

To be honest, everything besides the food in the restaurant was great. It was clean, stuff was not bad, our room was really pretty. I loved the sea view. But the food, especially the meat, was terrible. We lost the whole next day because of gastric problems after the dinner. Fruits and vegetables were OK, but almost everything, that was heated, was not of the right quality. I won’t recommend you to eat there anything more than a breakfast. The outside pool was a little small, but we weren’t using it. Every evening there was a music playing, children also weren’t bored. About Wi-Fi, it’s so weak. It can be properly used only near the reception. You can forget about a good connection in your room.

Hotel bardzo fajnie położony od plaży 100 metrów. Jedzenie dobre wszelaka różnorodność każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie bez obawy ze braknie. Drinki alkohol tez szeroki wybór. Za darmo przy opcji all inclusive wódka, rum biały, rum czerwony, whisky, brandy, wino białe, wino czerwone, wino różowe, gin, i inne. Niczego nie brakuje. Basen kryty i otwarty ratownik od 10 do 18. Leżaki przy basenie za darmo. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane przez panie sprzątaczki codzienna wymiana ręczników i pościeli.

Przede wszystkim widok z hotelu już nie jest tak piękny gdyż z boku wznosi sie kolejny hotel- obecnie dwa żurawie tańczą na wietrze (jeden nad basenem hotelu Luna) wprawdzie nie trwają prace budowlane ale widok średni. Lokalizacja super, naprawdę 2 min do plaży (komplet 2 leżaki z matami, parasol oraz stoliczek to koszt 42 lew), szkoda że hotel nie ma swojej plaży ale byłam świadoma wybierając ofertę. Zdjęcie profilowe z plazy na Lune to chwyt reklamowy, Luna nie ma basenu na plazy!! Plaża szeroka, strzeżona. Mocne fale!!! Miewają martwe fale więc należy obserwować flagi. Otoczenie przy hotelu..Jak dla mnie marne,brak zieleni,kwiatów. Widac ze nikt nie dba o tą kwestię.Staff dwoi i się troi zamiatając myjac schody prowadzace do plaży. Raz na tygodniowy pobyt akcja mycia i czyszczenia obszaru przy basenie z leżakami i płytkami (syf).Goście hotelowi zostawiając jresstki jedzenia, kubki itd Jedzenie..każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ale jak dla mnie tłusto i totalny brak urozmaicenia. Bar sałatkowy super. Drinki all inclusive 7 na liście,piwo, napoje babelkowe, woda bez ograniczeń. Staff bez uśmiechu, mają niezły zapiernicz przy okropnym upale. Wiecznie lepiące stoliki w restauracji (może jakiś plyn czyszczący?). Pokój z widokiem na morze musi have _ niesamowity widok + szum fal. Warty dopłaty. Brak sejfu w pokoju oraz czajnika. Jest chłodziarka. Klimatyzacja. Pokój odnowiony, piękna łazienka. 2 szerokie łóżka (jedynki) + rozkładana kanapa. Idealny dla 3 osób. Pobyt uważam za udany. Ale kolejnym razem będę szukać oferty z plaża hotelowa, a jest w czym wybierać.

Отель на первой линии, море близко, но идти к морю через грязь и мусор. Мусор там везде. Номера не убирают, нам меняли полотенца только. Окна выходили на бассейн, жили на 2 этаже, ужасно шумно, с 7 утра начинает ползать персонал, что-то убирать, двигать у бассейна, громко говорят, вечером до середины ночи вечно кто-то сидит у бассейна и громко ржёт. Повсеместно курят, балкон не открыть. Бассейн ооочень маленький, полтора метра глубина, с 7 утра занимают лежаки, как дикие. Вай фай только внизу на ресепшн. В Болгарии были третий раз. Были на Солнечном берегу в гостиницах Кипарисите и Тракиа гарден, 2 линия. Там проживание было дешевле, но там нам понравилось больше. Питание в Луне нормальное, завтрак каждый день одинаковый, ничего особенного, омлеты разные, выпечка, овощи, фрукты. Ужин много чего, супы, мясо разных видов, рыба иногда. Десерты невкусные и однотипные, мороженное на ужин есть, самое дешевое из магазина. Ожидала большего от этой гостиницы. Мы не капризные путешественники, но тут оказалось так себе. Второй раз бы не поехала, ну и не рекомендовала бы друзьям.
