Generally ok but not worth to pay for the price $180 per night . Did not change towels daily and have to use back and difficulty to close and open the doors. The food is fantastically nice but we have avoid to take the fruits as the flies were resting around and on the fruits at fruit preparing, outside of the dining building.

Great escape from the busy city! It’s located in a beautiful forest location and you can watch big groups of deers at the golf course. Rooms, amenities and restaurants are top. Overall a fantastic stay!

Whilst the location and rooms are terrific, the service was absolutely awful. We went to the bar to have some coffee and got no acknowledgment of any sort from any of the waiters for 15 minutes and only after complaining did we get served. Dinner was late by an hour and again only hit served after complaining. Either the staff haven’t been trained to standard or the management is so weak that they can’t see the indifference the staff are showing their guests

The perfect respite in Kathmandu on the edge of the city is a glorious ancient forest. I chose this special place at the end of my stay in Nepal and it couldn’t have been better for rest, relaxation, restoration and reflection. The breakfast buffet plus is fabulous and the dosa’s are the best I’ve ever had. I received a world class massage at the spa. The favorite time was my 2 hour hike in the woods with Deepak my guide. We came upon a small Durga temple, and a troupe of men brought in their instruments to sing! I enjoyed my 4 night stay very much!

This resort was amazing venue for our bi-annual event that travels around the world. They comfortably provide all that we needed! I felt so much peace and tranquility while there. It was a great escape from the bustling city of Kathmandu, but only a short drive away.

Good service, food and facilities ＜3 You easily get to the city by taxa and the front desk at the hotel will help you with all you need. You can enjoy a wonderful spa and relax close to nature. And then of course the monkeys. Remember to close windows. Gisp!!!

I have an excellent experience in this hotel food very good the staff so kind and friendly I recommend this hotel and the natural around super nice they have to schedule and the hotel rate is excellent they have very despise excellent the place secured.

Its not a hotel its family ,staff were so familiar ,location is so good , place is to much peace and beautiful. Best stay ever in life ❤️ But only one thing was i have 2 years child n they managed room in top floor where we had to go through ladder , that was so unfortunate. Any way thank you

The best resort within the nature. The service is excellent. Don't miss to meet Mr. JANAK Ghimirie the Outlet Manager who can make every impossible thing into possible for you. The rooms are pretty big with a beautiful terrace. The bathrooms are also big with classical touch of bath tubs. I will definitely come here again. However, internet connection needs to be improved.

I visited Gokarna Forest on Christmas Eve and stayed there for one night. During the reservation process, I was informed about all the amenities and features the resort offered. However, when I checked in and later went to use the swimming pool, the receptionist told me it was unavailable due to some issues that day. Upon further inquiry with the spa staff, I found out that the pool had been out of service for about a week, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, since it was Christmas, I expected the resort to include some thoughtful gestures, like a small Santa gift, as most hotels do. Surprisingly, there was nothing. Worse, while we were out, the staff entered our room and left a Santa cake without prior notice, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The resort is not well-prepared to welcome guests, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s simply not worth the price they charge.

I recently visited this resort as a guide with a foreign friend. The company had booked a double room for both of us. However, out of concern for my guest's comfort, I decided not to stay and returned home. While everything initially seemed fine, I felt the service did not match the standards expected for the cost. Firstly, the service was noticeably slow. For instance, it took about 15 minutes to receive the welcome drinks after we had already been seated in the lobby. On a positive note, the room and its decorations were exceptional and met expectations. However, the staff in the bar and the Chinese and Thai restaurants lacked efficiency and professionalism and were not very friendly. Their service reminded me of a less polished, Khumbu-style hospitality experience. Additionally, the Thai food fell short of the expected standards. One major concern was the walking tour guide fee. The charge for a one-and-a-half-hour tour was Rs 2000 after a discount from the original Rs 3000. This pricing seemed excessive, especially considering the quality of the guide. Assuming I brought 10 guests, the guide's total salary for the same duration would amount to Rs 15,000—a steep rate for the level of service provided. Unfortunately, and more importantly, the individual was not even a proper guide. His English skills were minimal, and he lacked basic knowledge, such as the ability to identify a single bird species. The tour itself consisted only of a walk through the golf course and forest, with little additional value. I strongly recommend the resort re-evaluate its guiding services and pricing to ensure they align with customer expectations and deliver better value for money. However, we had a great time there. The resort was beautiful, with an amazing golf course and forest. The food and service at the main restaurant were excellent, including the breakfast in the morning.
