Booked the 2 room family suite for an overnight on 7/20/24. Great location with easy access of Loop 101 and Camelback. Dozens of nearby restaurants, Wal Mart less than a mile away and State Farm stadium 5 minutes. Large 2 room suite with plenty of room for a large family. We had the King side with a sleeper sofa while daughter took the 2 queen side. Large bathroom (only 1) for the 2 room suite. Comfy beds, quiet location. Good breakfast the next morning as we headed on to Vegas.

I enjoy staying here. The service is impeccable & the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's a variety of dining & entertainment options within walking distance. The conference staff are also very attentive. They offer a spa, restaurant, and grab & go.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Glendale was excellent. The staff was great, our service person was phenomenal, the room was clean and always well kept. The location was perfect, stores, restaurants and anything you need is available. The only negative was the breakfast, their excuse for scrambled eggs and what they called an omelet were very pathetic. McDonald's would have been a much better alternative. One morning the oatmeal was such that I could have used it for paper mache it was so thick. The only good things were the waffles, excellent, yogurt, cereals were good. The Hotel is excellent, don't plan on a decent breakfast

Checked in at this property on June 29th 2023 room smelled horrible my wife could not breath starting to throw up my eyes watering with in 2 minutes went to the front desk and the girl was new didnot know what to do we checked out and she said she would have someone reverse the charges on my card however it never happened&cancelled my card and disputed the charges contacted the Manager Michelle has not returned my call this hotel should be closed for DO NOT STAY HERE Biggest Mistake Ever Rats&Mice would not stay here Dirty Please Tell Everyone you Know

No hay calidad en esta INN de calidad!! ¡Llegé un sábado por una noche para un par de bañeras en el negocio. Cualquiera que utilice insulina sabe que debe mantenerse en frío. Llamé a la oficina delantera y fue dito por (Kiya) que no tenían más habitaciones. Pregunté si podría traerse otro refrigerador a la habitación. Me dijeron que tomaría un tiempo. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Me dijeron que la habitación era una actualización. Dije (Kiya) que esto no era aceptable y que cambiarme de una habitación sin nevera a una habitación sin AC no fue lo que yo llamaba una actualización. Kyia me dice. No hay nada que ella pueda hacer. Dije que iba a la oficina. Cuando llegó, me dijeron que el gerente no estaba en el hotel hasta la mañana. Repití a Kiya que mi insulina tenía que refrigerarse y que me negué a quedarme en una habitación sin AC! El hotel de la ciudad de Kyia, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, tiene un gran interés en el hotel.
