Nordic Village Condominium Resort

Absolutely loved it. Great value for the price. Awesome amenities, beautiful views, and a serene setting. Definitely coming back.

Location…amenities and staff were great…..the unit that we stayed in could use some updating and a fresh coat of paint……

1st- jetted hot tub didn’t work and they knew but failed to inform us even at check in. We had to call for help and after arguing with me over whether I had a jetted tub in my room or not they blew responsibility onto someone else by saying that unit was privately owned and it’s their responsibility to fix it. Which then leads into the issue of I didn’t rent the property from a private owner. I rented it from Nordic village, so why are they not the ones fixing the problem? 2nd- it says it is two queen bedrooms, but they are not queen beds. They are full-size beds at best and they are small and it was a tight fit and uncomfortable. 3rd- tv didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. No cable just black screen. Called the front desk for Help and they did say and maintenance who proceeded to say the unit was again privately owned and he didn’t know why the owner took the TV that he had just pulled up out and put this one in even though that one didn’t work to begin with. Maintenance then proceeded to take TV out of the closet hook it back up and told us we could login into our Roku apps to watch something. So still no cable and no way was I logging in on someone else’s device. 4th- the unit was HOT. Like they wanted us roasting like a chicken. We turned all the heating units down as far as we could we’re off if it let us and still the heat was blasting at full speed I could not that unit was 90° or more and we could not cool it down. 5th- indoor heated pool was cold! We had an amazing time in our junior chalet mountain suite. The view was incredible. We had everything we needed. Spacious, clean, accommodating! My husband and I cannot wait to come back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but it does not compensate for poor state of the amenities. In the room: The fireplace, which is not wood but electric now, was not working (we were promised 10%off though). The faucet was leaking, the hair drier was not working, there were no pool towels in the room as was supposed to be (they sent the maintenance to bring towels after we called). In the pool the outdoor hot tub had no jets working, it was just a hot bath. The temperature in the indoor jacuzzi and dry sauna was never hot enough. We were leaving during ice storm and the walkways from the unit were pure skating rink, not salted or sanded. The road was very slippery. This place is great, but needs to improve their maintenance a little bit.

Room needs to be upgraded. Bathroom fans need to be replaced. When one was turned on in the building, every other unit rattled. Clubhouse was nice, but should be available 24/7. With fab access this should not be a problem. Many people work out early in the morning, so the posted hours are not enough.

The property is amazing. A few of the appliances were dated but aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was great!

The room and view were amazing. The property was easy to access and was close to a lot in town! Had a great time and would definitely go back

Staff was very accommodating for extras. Great stay, great view and surprising wild life.
