I love the stay here. Perfect location next to the Bus Station and day trip meeting point. City center is only cost 2 minutes and you can get what you want! Staff are incredibly friendly, the best hotel in glasgow

Room was spotless and bed nice and comfortable. Loved the first floor area where you could get food and drinks or just chill . Food was lovely and the staff really friendly. Will definitely go back.

Quirky rooms, quite small. Great location for the theatres, queen street station and Buchanan bus station.

I am rarely 'blown away' by hotels but Citizen M truly blew me away and exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the staff member who greeted me was super friendly, asked me about my trip and the check in process was probably the easiest, fastest and most modern process I have ever experienced anywhere. When I walked into the room, I almost thought I walked into the wrong room because the size of the bed was HUGE (much bigger and better in real life than displayed in the pictures). The room itself was also much bigger than I expected, and so very modern and 'cool' like a spaceship. It had a homely feel and had some truly unique features like an ipad to control the TV, the lights (brightness and colour - very cool again!!), blinds (and more) and you could even play games with the lights. There was a moment where I truly felt I could spend an entire day just in the hotel room because it was so fun being in there and I looked forward to coming home to my hotel every night.

The hotel in Glasgow had a very modern and high-tech feel. I didn’t have breakfast, but the food and drinks at the bar were excellent.

Spot on. Only thing missing from the room would be a kettle and condiments.

Favourite Hotel of ours in glasgow we have stayed here once before but it’s so much better than last time was a great experience

Excellent service as always. I love the cosy rooms. Windows don't seem to be soundproof and there's no kettle but still a very comfy room. I will definitely come back to CitizenM.
