"The Hiramatsu is a very nice, well-located hotel right on the beach, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. It has 20 rooms, which is a welcome change from the large, impersonal hotels you often find. The rooms are comfortably furnished with sea views and equipped with everything you need and more. The bed was one of the best I had on my entire trip to Japan. Rooms are cleaned daily upon request, and the beds are turned down in the evening, also upon request. This is very convenient, as you don't have to stand outside your room while it's being cleaned. The beach is beautiful and directly accessible via a staircase. However, it's not nearly as clean as the rest of the country. It's clear that the Japanese aren't particularly fond of beach holidays. Some villas have private pools, but the small infinity pool for everyone is perfectly adequate. The grounds are very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately, their English isn't very good. The food ranges from good to excellent, although the selection is somewhat limited. If you don't want to eat the set menu every evening, which I did twice (once incredibly good, the second time rather underwhelming), the choice becomes limited. For breakfast, they offer almost everything, although it alternates between Japanese and continental options and is served at your table. However, you can also choose your own breakfast if you don't want the Japanese option. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely book the Hiramatsu again should I ever visit Okinawa's main island again."

"A great place for quiet and quiet rest. From stop to home to go about 25 minutes, to the nearest shop 15 minutes. The house is two floors. The owners live upstairs and your apartments downstairs. The room is clean and comfortable. It's like we've come to grandmother's visitor. There are lots of small things, paintings, shells and cute tied napkins in the house. All you need to eat: a stove, a washing machine and a dry machine, a teapot , a toaster, a microwave , a refrigerator, a TV, etc. Special pleasure - a massage chair. The sea is very close to the road. The beach is very beautiful and there are many marine treasures on it. The hostess was incredibly nice and pleasant."

"We rented an entire two-story house, offering the best value. The view from the bedroom was breathtaking. The host was also exceptionally friendly. The dishwasher was a bit dirty, and ants were a frequent sight in the house. Enjoying a barbecue while listening to the sound of the waves was a pleasure you can't find even in a five-star hotel."
