The place is very clean and the staffs are all friendly. The meeting room are wonderful breakfast is also very nice.. The only minus is that the hotel is hard to access, especially during weekend. There's bus 19 that can take you out to the Ghent center, but it only run during weekday. The only way to get around during weekend is by Uber/taxi, drive, or 25min bike.

Had a really lovely stay here. The hotel is excellent - very modern and clean. The staff were lovely - and the reception staff in particular were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is well maintained and has good facilities. The location is a little outside town and requires a bus ride into the center. This is only a short ride during the day so was fine, but the bus stops quite early during the evening. Other than that, once you get into the center you have everything you need. There is also an extensive supermarket just over the road which was great. The hotel is right next to a stadium - and we did happen to be staying on an evening when there was a football match - meaning there was noise late into the evening. Broadly there is good soundproofing, but as the fans are exiting in large numbers it was quite loud. Overall a great stay though, would come back

Really impressive hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Free orange juice/cava on arrival. Great facilites and comfortable stay

Nice room very clean and have carpark.

A pleasant hotel in Gent, the staff were super nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the view was broad. Wonderful stay, will come again next time.

Friendly staffs, clean. Good restaurants inside. Parking is the most cheaper in zone for one day. Very near have supermarket.
