"Rose Street Bed & Breakfast is an awesome accommodation while in the Georgetown, CO area. Jaime is a superb host, and has thought of everything to welcome your stay - from the period furniture, warm cookies upon arrival, to the sugar scrub! The house is on the National Historic Registry and is just beautiful. We loved the pump organ, the record player, the assortment of games available and the lovely outdoor seating area. Our breakfast was delicious and is was so much fun to talk with Jaime! We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all Rose Street B&B had to offer. Georgetown is a wonderful area to stay in, relatively close to the ski areas and is right off of I-70—yet you would never know that when you are in this quaint, historic town. It is also the gateway to Guanella Pass Scenic Byway. We will definitely return! Loved every second of our stay!"

"Excelente Inn! Sólo tiene 5 habitaciones amplias. Las habitaciones están en la parte de atrás del antiguo edificio, pero todo está renovado y más nuevo. Muy bien mantenido y limpio. Tiene todas las comodidades en la habitación. Una gran cantidad de aparcamiento en la parte delantera. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a 1 km del Inn. Georgetown es una pequeña ciudad interesante. Fuimos a Georgetown para caminar. Este hotel está al principio de la carretera de Guanella y es muy conveniente para conducir y caminar a Mt. Biertstat y otros trenes de caminar alrededor."

"I booked a reservation for this place based on good reviews. When I arrived I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because my credit card had been declined. That sounded fishy to me, as I had used that card numerous times before reaching there and I was also able to use it many times after this incident with no problem with any declines any other place. The person who I finally was able to get to come to the door was rather rude I thought and they said they could not accommodate me, even though I never saw another person there. Maybe they have limited capacity, but even though they suggested another hotel, I thought they could have been more help in getting me relocated. I don't think they even tried to run my card again and didn't contact me to get another credit card to use. Maybe it is a great place to stay, if you can get in, but I was really disgusted with the attitude they had. I would never consider trying this place again."
