พนักงานเป็นมิตร ห้องพักถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไปเราพักกัน3คนพ่อแม่ลูกถือว่าโอเคห้องอาจจะไม่กว้างมากแต่แลกกับความสะดวกในการท่องเที่ยวตามจุดต่างๆและอาหารมีให้เลือกเยอะ ร้านสะดวกซื้อก็ใกล้มาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกถือว่าครบสมราคามีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น สายน้ำฉีดก้น มีน้ำดื่ม ชากาแฟ ไดร์เป่าผม และมีเตารีดส่วนกลางให้ใช้เป็นเตารีดไอน้ำและมีน้ำให้เราเติมหากหมด ตู้เย็นก็เย็นดีครับเราแช่น้ำแข็งตามภาพ2คืนคืนห้องพักแล้วน้ำแข็งยังละลายไม่หมดแต่ถ้าจะประหยัดก็มีถาดทำน้ำแข็งให้ในตู้เย็นครับเดินไปป้ายรถเมล์ไปเที่ยว “PENANG HILL” กับรถโดยสารประจำทาง204ก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมชอบครับ เราเป็นคนไทยที่ออกทริปปีนังครั้งแรกนะครับ ว่างๆจะกลับมาซ้ำจุดที่ไปไม่ทัน และจะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

The location is great. The room is spacious. The facilities and foods are enough and a simple traveller. My 2nd staying and luckily the parking lot is available.

Ketika sampe hotel malam hari, proses cek in nya lancar, untuk di penang selaim tourim tax ada juga juga tambahan Rm.2 untuk hotel area penang. Hotel dekat ke komtar, hanya saja kawasan samping hotel agak sepi. Kebersihan kamarnya oke, toilet oke, TV kurang jernih. Untuk sarapannya termasuk lumayan sih untuk hotel rate di atas 400rb an, ada juga layanan shuttle ke Komtar & ke rumah sakit penang di jam-jam teetentu.

When checking in the guy on reception tried to fraud me saying that I should pay 24 RM as a tax. But 20 RM tax has already been included in price that I prepaid online. Then he gave me a key-card that didn’t work and I had to go with the baggage to the reception again.
And then it’s supposed to have a room with a window but I have a room with a window to the wall of the building. There weren’t information about this in the description of the room
The safe box didn’t work too and I needed to ask help.
There were many insects in the room: spider, fly and ants.
I was so much disappointed with ur hotel and necessarily leave a review to other tourists to know how the hotel is unpleasant.

I couldnt accept when i book two rooms with queen bed but end up only one given to me. The aircond was spoiled and leaking even ask for maintenance.

千萬不要訂！ 巨坑，居垃圾！
酒店十分垃圾，臟！ 差！ 位置很吵，晚上根本睡不着、床單上面還有上個客户留下的腳皮！ 多次找前台反饋電話沒人接聽，去前台他們也不處理！ 服務態度巨爛！ 然後多定了幾天後麪的幾天想退 既然不給退！ 果斷舉報到馬來西亞衞生部和消費者權益部！
消費者協會反饋至少5W令吉罰款！ 然後停業整頓！千萬不要訂這家，真的很垃圾還有臭！ 爛！
