Valoraciones de Red Rock Hotel Penang

Tuvimos una agradable estadía familiar en el Red Rock Hotel. Excelente ubicación en Jalan Macalister, cerca de la famosa calle de comida callejera de Penang. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y estaba limpia, aunque un poco anticuada. La piscina era genial para los niños y el personal era amable. El hotel podría necesitar algunas renovaciones, pero por el precio, es una buena opción económica en George Town.

It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. It there was a possibility of refund I could have least. The room was extremely dirty, bedsheets were full of human fluids, hair all over the floor, shower not working, rusty rails, moulds, dusty surfaces, rotten doors, rotten sandwiched blanket in bed, it seems like it has 300 years, curtains extremely dirty and dusty, in short horrible, horrendous, terrible, scary experience. No service at swimming pool, all dirty around and a post saying swim at your own risk, for reall? All noise and banging doors even after cleaning the room was even dirtier. Very easy to get an infection in those rooms. I was made to walk under the rain at 20:30 to get deposit from the atm and am not familiar with the place. Stuff very cold. The worst experience in my life. I just feel dirty. I have to mention that I had bites and itchiness at nights🥲🥲🥲🥲.

At first the ac is not cold enough, but after a quick assist from front desk the ac problem is fix. The location is very convenience for us. But we got a smaller size bedroom than before. Overall is ok

Strategic location and close to everywhere. Many places selling food and restaurants.

Good service by the staff with greeting and smiles, very friendly too. The location is great with oharmaxy and food courts nearby. However, the cleaniless part is just normal in general. The right site of the bed has a loose metal spring, which comes out and scratches my feet until bleeding. The electric plug only available at main table site which it's broken too. So if you need to.charge your phone has to charge at the hot water pot site.

Hotel is walking distance to komtar and surrounding attractions. Room with bathtub and swimming pool. Parking is limited. First come first serve.

Pro : 1. Worth to stay as easy to access to happening area. 2. Free car park. Cons : 1. Soundproofing room need to improve especially near the swimming pool room. 2. Odor from toilet when coming back from outside before enter the room but after switch on the air ventilation fan will be fine.

Good place to stay. Just one minus, the pillow so small.

Location very convenient and ample parking space. Room space is big.

Best hotel. Good location. Love the hotel. Will plan again in future.

Arrived 10minutes before 2pm and room were ready. Check inn processed was delay 5-10minutes as they said system problem. We got room on 7th floor. Room and toilet were clean. Aircond good. Got minibar. Theres only 2 plug to use. 1 was broken you have to adjust the charger to get the power. Free parking provided 1st come 1st serve basis.
