Convenient location near 7MB and the local grocery store (Foster’s). Well maintained and the local staff is very responsive and helpful. The family was able to hang out and watch some football in the common area outside with large screen televisions and just steps away from the pool. This was our second time staying and both times we had the same positive experience. Laundry room is very convenient and plenty of parking. Overall, a great experience again and I would recommend for first time visitors.

I honestly don’t have a complaint about anything. The entire property is kept VERY CLEAN, the location is great to Governor’s Beach, and the staff is polite and helpful. If I HAD to give one criticism, I was disappointed that Governor’s Village did not honor their word when they stated they would give me a complimentary early check-in. I made arrangements ahead of time for an early check-in, and I paid in advance for it as well. I emailed Governor’s Village in advance and explained that I would be staying at their property for my 50th birthday. I asked them if I could have a complimentary free early check-in if possible as a birthday “freebie”. I told them if they could do that, then awesome! However, if not, no problem! I’m not the type of person that feels something like that is “owed” to me. It was explained to me that if the early check-in was available, the fee that I paid would be credited back to me. The fee was never credited back to me. Again, I’m not mad. Just disappointed. Governor’s Village clearly told me they would grant a complimentary early check-in for my milestone birthday, but no follow through. I’m a big believer in someone following through with their word. If a person or business states they are going to do something, then do it. I do not want the money credited to me now. If you credit it to me now, it is just because I mentioned it in this review and you want to look favorable to people reading this review. Keep the money.

This was a nice property, kept very clean. It was also located close to beach access and other resorts. There were a few fast food, restaurants, and a grocery store near by. Overall a very nice place.

everything was great , clean rooms , wonderful showers and the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. I referred to so many people here and we are now booking for october.

Clean room and great pool with a hammock. Gym was small but had everything we needed and lots of parking on site.

I had an amazing time. The rooms are nice and spacious and I’m already planning my next stay. 100/10 recommended.

The property is nice and short two minute walk to Seven Mile But arch. Check in was easy, however, I did have to contact the property to get the code as it was not sent. Was not able to get into the gym, as the code was not accurate. Additionally, the property also did not an ice machine, and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Overall, I enjoyed myself.

The room was clean, staff was helpful, check-in was easy and convenient. A short walk to the beach made it an ideal place to stay, i will definitely be back.
