Excellent location Wonderful friendly warm helpful staff esp Raju and Kalan. Rooms comfy clean n cosy Private jacuzzi built on terrace overlooking lush greenery with stream running below makes a beautiful sight and a relaxing view. Raju always visible n ready to help. The communal areas are well kept, neat n inviting. Campfire made every night for call to come sit. Really loved our stay. Breakfast very basic n caters for Malaysian tastebuds. Was very disappointed asxwe south Africans expected at least basic western breakfast items. No egg options, no bread, limited fruit, sachet coffees n milos, no cereals. When I complaint the manager was very understanding n went out of his way to get us something to eat that will suit us. But still was not to the value of the breakfast price we paid. Issue us they order breakfast in, U don't even get a biscuit and no tea. The manager ordered tea for me. If you a tourist like we were. Carry snacks n drinks with you as U in an isolated area and nothing available on site within 2kms , n if English breakfast is what U want, sorry U won't get it here . With exception of the poor overpriced breakfast this place is definitely a comeback and an absolute piece of heaven. It should be promoted as a must place to stay when touring Malaysia. Memorable enjoyable experience. A 5 star rating definitely but due to overcharged poor breakfast but I had to review truthfully, that's why they get a 4. Owner needs to consider non Malaysian tourists. After all they advertise on international platforms so no they want international tourists.so cater for us.
