I'm really happy staying here with my son. We got the 23rd floor and the room is nice. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth. We will definitely come back here again

This is a great place to stay! Imagine waking up to cloud views right outside your window. Its location is super convenient too, only a minute's drive to GPO. Ideal for families!

Cleanliness all over ok except for the master room’s side table is dirty. Cleanliness can be improved. Other than that, loud noises can be heard from other rooms very early in the morning (doors banging, people vomiting, toilet flushing).

View facing construction area, request to change room but not allowed, water pressure slow, toilet clogged. Parking free. Pool view is nice.

The two bedrooms apartment is spacious and good for a familiy of 4 pax. It is convenience to find foods around the hotel too.

My room B3205 overall good condition but floor very dusty when we enter the room. Further more, provide an instruction for the lift since multiple Guest have trouble to access their coresponding floor.

This was an awsome stay we had at Malaysia. The facilities and services exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the hotel reception crew who guided us and made our stay comfortable.They even allowed us wiith early check in as the room was already available. The breakfast was super delicious and lots of options.
