Excelente hotel de 4 estrellas ubicado en el puerto viejo a tiro de piedra del centro histórico frente al acuario. Reservé una habitación con balcón y vista al puerto y quedé muy satisfecho tanto por la limpieza como por el gran espacio disponible, incluidas 4 cápsulas de café Lavazza con relativa máquina en la habitación, una botella de agua de 1/2 litro en además de las diversas infusiones a utilizar con la tetera. El personal es muy amable y servicial, el comedor está muy bien decorado al estilo de un barco con tapas e inserciones de velas pero no intrusivo. Desayuno buffet con una amplia variedad y excelentes ingredientes, capuchino o café hecho en el momento y servido en la mesa. Aunque por una noche sea una experiencia a repetir

Un hotel de gran calidad situado en el mismo puerto de Génova. El centro de la ciudad y las atracciones están a poca distancia de 10-15 minutos a pie. El hotel también cuenta con un agradable lounge bar y un restaurante con vistas al puerto. La habitación en la que vivimos (la más barata) superó nuestras expectativas: una habitación muy grande (alrededor de una vez y media o dos veces más grande que las habitaciones de clase similar en otros hoteles) con una cama enorme y un baño con bañera y Cabina de ducha a elegir. En general, podemos decir que NH Hotels mantiene su buen nivel.

Las instalaciones ambientales y la higiene son muy buenas, cuando me registré pregunté en mostrador si había una habitación con terraza y nos la cambiaron.

Arrived with my handicap husband to the hotel. The door man just looks at me taking all off from the car. I bring the cart to take the luggGe and bring it inside - still he looks at me - no help what so ever even when the reception saw me -  still no help  The room in a very low maintenance- sticky floor and poor bath  The parking at the hotel cost 20 euros per day  We’ve just wanted to leave as soon … so from me not recommendation - mostly because of their attitude !

A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The aircon was off when we stay in this hotel on April due to hotel policy .

Déçu à notre arrivée , chambre pas propre, poussière et saletés au sol. Mitigeur d eau chaude baignoire très difficile à régler pour avoir une eau tiède. Ou trop chaude ou froide. Matelas inconfortable!!!! Trop usé. On a mangé au resto de l hôtel et c était très bon.

Wirklich das beste Hotel in Ligurien, in dem wir waren. Wir konnten sogar schon um 11.30 Uhr ohne Aufpreis einchecken. Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet. Es ist mitten in Genua am Hafen. 1A!

Шикарный отель. Расположен в историческом центре, на пирсе вблизи старого порта, но пр этом удобно доехать на автомобиле, есть парковка. Комфортабельный, просторный номер с удобными кроватями. Отличный завтрак.

酒店就在碼頭上，停車場上有好幾個黑人在搭訕，並強行送東西，然後和你要錢。酒店位置好，但是裏面設施比較舊，性價比不高
