Estructura básica pero perfecta para nuestras necesidades. Disfruta tu desayuno. Excelente ubicación para visitar Génova, especialmente cuando se viaja en tren.

Понравилось всё! Расположение отеля недалеко от ж/д вокзала и от круизного порта(для нас это было важно).Номер чистый, уютный, кровать с удобным матрасом и белоснежным бельем. Завтрак стандартный. Очень отзывчивый, вежливый, доброжелательный персонал.

酒店位置很好，就在火車站邊上。房間應該是近期翻新過，打掃得很乾凈，工作人員也都十分熱情！總之非常滿意！

Estamos muito felizes com a estadia. A localização é muito boa. O atendimento foi muito bom, todos os atendentes foram bastante prestativos. Nosso check out ocorreu às 10h da manhã mas o nosso voo era só as 19h então eles conseguiram um lugar para deixarmos as malas até às 17h quando fomos ao aeroporto. O café da manhã e as instalações do quarto também foram de acordo com as nossas espectarivas. Pelo custo benefício, recomendo com certeza.

Voor de prijs is dit hotel echt meer dan goed! Perfecte locatie, zeker voor treinreizigers. Voor de rest is alles echt op minimale loopafstand. Ook het personeel is super vriendelijk en proberen je ook in het engels zo goed mogelijk te helpen.

Excelente atención de todos los encargados/recepción; fueron muy amables y aconsajeron los principales sitios/lugares para ir/conocer. El servicio de limpieza impecable y dejaban todo en su lugar. El desayuno bastante completo; también las señoras encargadas del sector están atentas a si uno quiere algo o falta para reponer. Por último, la ubicación es Ideal para todos los transportes (tren, subte, bus) y principales sitios históricos/culturales.

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station.I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights.I enjoyed my room,I appreciated the nice breakfast,and I liked the hospitality of the Vittoria's staff. The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral.

great hotel near the centre and we got sea view! Nice room and bathroom, with all its needed for a multiple days stay. Really suggested as it is close to the station and theold town with all its charming narrow road and old houses

This wonderful hotel is near the train station. It is conveniently close to many sights. The hotel service is outstanding. The morning breakfast is delicious. It's a great value. We left our MSC cruise and took a brief taxi ride to the hotel. It's close to the port but I would not advise walking to the hotel from the port. There is too much traffic to make the walk safe.

The room I was told while booking was changed during checkout. I had no fridge in my room. The mattress was too hard to sleep on. Customer service is not the best. The money I paid would have getting me something better elsewhere in the city. The man that checked me out was not ready to listen to me when I told him about my experience in the hotel.

The hotel is really closed from the railway station Genova Piazza Principe. I suggest to come here by train, since the parking car reserved with the hotel is closing at night. so you may walk several km in order to find a free parking if you use the car in the night time. If your are not in a travel business, this accomodation could be good, otherwise i don't think it's so much handy.

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from Principe Station and a 15 minute walk to the Cruise Port. It was a little tricky to find the entrance but it added to the adventure. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The first room we were given was very small and old inside with no air circulation. Luckily the kind man at the desk moved us to a much nicer room with a terrace overlooking the street - we could even catch a glimpse of the cruise ships in the distance. Breakfast was good, wifi was quick and everything was clean. The location was perfect for us!
