We recently stayed for 2 nights with a group tour. The hotel is directly across the street from Lake Geneva and a 15-20 minute walk to the old town area. There are a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We were originally given a room that overlooked the pool area. As soon as we walked in, the music from the pool area was overwhelmingly loud. The room was lovely, but the noise was unbearable. I immediately went back to the lobby to ask if there was another room available. I was really expecting them to say there wasn't one. As I waited for others in the group to check-in first, a hotel manager came over and asked if there was a problem. I explained about the noise and he said he would handle it. By the time I went back and got my wife, someone was waiting to escort us to a new room away from the pool noise. The room was lovely and quiet! Our luggage arrived minutes later. We were surprised at the thoughtful and efficient customer service. Later a box of chocolates arrived with a note of apology for any inconvenience. We were amazed! The hotel breakfast was good. We had no trouble finding a nearby restaurant for dinner each night. The concierge pointed us in the right direction.

El hotel no era nada de perfección. El servicio era increíble! La habitación y las instalaciones eran maravillosas. La habitación que teníamos era realmente una pequeña suite. El baño con baño y una ducha enorme era mayor que muchos apartamentos de NYC. La ubicación está en el lago de Ginebra. Se trata como si fueras un huésped en su casa. Incrediblemente, aunque el hotel está en un edificio 7-story que toma la mitad de un bloque urbano, hay sólo 24 habitaciones. Por decirlo menos, el espacio es generoso. ¡Si no es barato, esto refuerza el adicionamiento ”y (definitivamente) obtienes lo que pagas.

El hotel es muy conveniente. Es fácil encontrar la estación de tren en diez minutos. Es fácil salir por el muelle junto al mar. Es muy conveniente tomar la M1 hasta el centro del casco antiguo. Una vez que se sienta satisfecho, puede comprar directamente los productos Fallman y el precio no es caro. Principalmente, puede comprar juegos que son difíciles de comprar en el exterior.

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. Experiencia positiva en este hotel, el personal fue muy educado, la habitación estaba muy bien decorada e impecable, aunque el restaurante era un poco caro. El hotel está a apenas 3 minutos del aeropuerto con el servicio de transporte gratuito cada 20 minutos aproximadamente (puede encontrar la parada de transporte cerca del área de taxis en la salida del lado suizo del aeropuerto) Es realmente difícil hacerlo más práctico que esto .

This Ibis Styles is conveniently located beside the Palexpo and only a 5-7 minutes walk from the airport. Or indeed the bus stops right outside which can also take you to the airport in around 4 minutes. The Ibis budget is adjoining and indeed shares the same reception, the only difference being the lounge area, breakfast offering and rooms. However this may account for why the room rates are not significantly different. The reception area is lovely and well appointed with plenty of comfortable seating areas. This morphs into the breakfast/snack/bar dining area which again offers space for groups to meet, families to play or business meetings to occur. The check-in was swift and efficient. There was no upgrade for my Accor status which is understood in Ibis but a room with a view may have been appreciated. My room was well appointed and modern. The fixtures and fittings felt plush and have stood time well with no wear and tear. The bed was a large size with a comfortable mattress and range of pillows. The room was appointed with a TV, small desk and chair and that's about it. As is common with Ibis the wardrobes are open style but there was adequate storage. The room had a range of lighting options along with good bedside plugs and usb. The view was overlooking the side of the Palexpo so although a view of corrugated iron cladding, it did assure privacy. But I'm well aware the other side of the building has a nice view over a park area. The internet had good strength with around 12mbs speed. You need a password which can be found at reception. The bathroom was quite impressive with a large walk in shower and good modern fixtures. It was very nicely decorated and felt very plush. No breakfast is included in the rate but it is only a simple offering and money can be better spent in the food court of the airport. If you are visiting Geneva the trains leaving from the airport all pass through Geneva and you can avail of this on the free transport card. Overall this is a very pleasant hotel that represents the brand well. It is basic but not budget is good for a short stay in transit.

El hotel es muy bueno y funcional. La habitación era un poco básica pero moderna y limpia. Mucho espacio también. Ducha un poco en un lado pequeño pero ok para mí. Desayuno limitado pero lo que estaba disponible era agradable, especialmente el pan. Aquí tienes un buen servicio y una agradable recepción/bar.

La ubicación del hotel es buena. Puede utilizarse gratis el tarjeta de transporte de Ginebra en Chekung. La habitación es muy limpia y gratis. También hay una amplia cocina que se puede cocinar por sí mismo. Puedes viajar del tren número 15 desde el hotel hasta la estación central, Palais des Nations, sin necesidad de cambiar. En mi opinión, el precio de Suiza es barato y el hotel perfecto.

Nice enough hotel with an older feel to most of it but rooms marked premium have been upgraded and look good. I booked one of these and thought the finish was modern and stylish. I do feel the room could do with air con but you get a modern fan system that does the job and window opens up fully. The lifts are modern too. But yes areas look dated but are clean and tidy and smart as they can be. The breakfast room is modern and although it is a simple continental selection it has everything you need to start the day. There is an outside inner courtyard to relax in near the breakfast room. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the gentleman on reception was very helpful and welcoming and spoke great English. You also get a free bus and tram pass during your stay. The location is very good too. On the edge of the main area but a 10 min walk and you are in the centre. The lake is 2 mins to get to. You are also nearer the side of the city for some of the museums and botanical gardens and UN areas are probably 20 mins walk. The walk into town takes you through many key streets with loads of restaurants and bars plus various handy shops. Also, area is relatively quiet even though there is a school down the road. I had a good nights sleep even with the window open.

Es muy bueno que se pueda presentar en un hotel. La recepción de nuestro receptor es una hermana asiática. Puede decir que el mandarín es muy educado , también ha actualizado nuestra habitación. Puede abrir la puerta con el ascensor con la clave de correo electrónico muy conveniente, sólo un camino directo a partir de la estación de tren por unos minutos, La tienda de comida del supermercado cercano no es pequeña. ¡No pierda el restaurante español en el hotel, tiene buen sabor, pero recuerde reservar antes!
