It was a nice place to be staying, right beside the train station and the service was top notch. Room was really clean and nice.

I would say the cleaning is not up to scratch, my blind broke and told the cleaning team but they never came back so could never shut the blind. So always up early.. You will be by the station so lots of noise outside, some of the staff were good. The night staff guy seems nice. Breakfast is always the same every day no changes. No warm bread or a toasater .

感覺上非常之古老嘅酒店，沖涼睡覺都ok，有提供拖鞋但沒有提供牙刷，燈光麻麻地，有燈壞咗，一開燈整間房都可以好光😂覺得間房時凍時熱
服務員覺得麻麻地，女生就好似hea hea地咁，個男生都可以的，但他居然不明白我們要blanket😅，覺得佢反應太大了
建議大家唔好買早餐，很少選擇，明明嗰度寫boiled egg但居然要自己擺落部機自己整，字眼真係fake左我，打爛咗兩隻生蛋🤯，仲要自己煲水整嘢飲，第一次唔知整咗杯凍飲（可能係tap water添）
呢度勝在位置方便，係geneve下車即到

This district is not safe and the police is always around, but the service is quite well and people are nice at the counter.

Fantastic accessible location, super convenient to travel to anywhere in Geneva or by train to other cities as it’s just behind main train station.

Decent hotel located right next to the train station, which makes it really convenient for a stopover in Geneva. The rooms are very small for the price.

The receptionist Alan was very helpful. He went above and beyond to cater all our needs. Just impeccable service from the staff especially from Alan and the location was very convenient.
