Valoraciones de Premier Place Surabaya Airport

Hotel al que le falta mantenimiento y que dista bastante de las fotos que se publican en los motores de búsqueda - al menos en lo referente a las habitaciones. En cuanto al personal, correcto, pero no a lo que estamos acostumbrados en general en Indonesia. Igual fue un tema de comunicación, pero pedí como favor que llamasen a un restaurante para reservar una mesa y todo fueron pegas. Buena ubicación en caso de tener un vuelo temprano a la mañana siguiente - eso sí, el transfer gratuito que ofrecen no opera las 24 horas, sino a partir de las 4 am, con lo que valdría únicamente para vuelos a partir de las 6am.

Always satisfied staying here, this is not our first time. That's why we always stay at Premier place hotel when we visit our families.

thank u for your excellent service and we can enjoy stay one night in this hotel with great experience when we felt so cold in the room and take a call the housekeeping , don't need waiting so long they rush coming for helping and for food&beverage so many kind so we can try it and so nice overall

The trip of 8 days is fabulous with my partner the hotel staff location food everything is amazing i hope i come back again and stay in same hotel

A nice christmas tree decoration in the lobby while we arrived. But check in processing were slow as only one staff on duty during that time, rooms could use an update but the hotel was still clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

The room is ok for short stay before airport, cleanliness is acceptable but not the best. The food was good, airport shuttle can be more frequent

Location near to airport T2, hotel got provide pickup and drop off airport ever hours per trip.

Suka nginep disini, cuma bagian f.o yg cowok kurang ramah. Sama gaada water dispenser di lorong.

Very close to the airport and it’s good for the early flight. Staffs are friendly

1. The hotel restaurant is terrible, we need keep waving hands to get rid of the flies. The service was bad too, we ordered chicken meal which depicted in the menu as juicy chicken leg part but actually served as chicken chest which is too dry to chew, the servant refused to replace for us. 2. The SPA service involve sexual harassment behaviours. No onetime underwear provided and the masseuse suggested sexual touches.

Very recommended for a short stay as it is about 7min from the airport. The only amenity missing would be a Gym.
