"This motel is central to all shops which does place it near lights however having spent considerable time here in different rooms, I rate it a 4/5 for the following reasons: The manager is exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms are cleaned by staff who take pride in their work. You can order breakfast the night before if you choose. There’s a covered outside communal setting or table and chairs outside each room. Some rooms are still to be updated, but are comfortable anyway. The bathrooms are a great size, beds are comfortable and there’s variation in settings. Parking is available but with 21 rooms and 19 parks, some need to park in the adjoining property."

"The stay was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning was so loud it made it nearly impossible to sleep. We also had to deal with a large cockroach in the room. To make things worse, a group of people sat right outside our room at around 3am drinking and smoking, which felt unsafe and incredibly disruptive. The fact that smoking is allowed directly outside guest rooms only adds to the problem. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and not somewhere I would stay again."

"Rooms are beyond dirty, extremely tiny and have an active infestation of cockroaches, bedbugs, carpet beetles and well I can't even identify the other things, we all got bitten, room not cleaned before arrive blood smeared in bathroom aswell as poo, dead bugs in fridge, fridge seals eaten by some bug, male who works there is obnoxious and rude as hell, female is lovely though, The male worker thinks it's totally ok to put 5 people in a room that's no bigger than 12x12 steps with 4 beds"
